Raman, Meera, Priyanka and Rohan reach the PANT Hospital. Priyanka sees Rahul being taken in, she follows him and tries to talk to him, but Rahul is unconscious. Doctors start treating him. Priyanka wonders how this accident happened. Rishab arrives at the hospital.
Doctors give Rahul, shocks, but Rahul does not seem to respond.
Meera also wonders how the accident happened.
Police arrive. Rishab tries to go and deal with them, when Rohan says he will talk to them. They tell Rohan their findings. Rohan comes to Raman, Rishab is also there and Rohan tells then that whatever investigation has been done so far it seems that it was not an accident, but a deliberate attempt by someone to have the accident happen. Raman tells them to find out who it was behind all this. Rishab tells Raman he will find out who did this, Raman tells Rishab to let Rohan handle it.
Gargi in her room, Anoushka's msgs keep coming on Kunal's mobile, Gargi sees them and gets irritated. When Kunal comes she tells him that Anoushka has been sending him msgs. Kunal takes a look at the msg, it says Congratulations, Well done, Hisab Barabar. Kunal cannot figure out what Anoushka is trying to say. Just then Anoushka calls him, she tells him she is not at home, and does not have her mobile, and has not sent him any of those msgs. (by the way the voice of Anoushka was of Simone Singh). Kailash informs Kunal that Rahul has met with an accident.
Priyanka looks at the broken mangal sutra in her hands, remembers the last moments with Rahul, their fight. She ties a knot to join the mangal sutra again, cries. Rishab tells her nothing would happen to Rahul. She tells Rishab to pray for Rahul.
Doctors come out of the room and inform Raman that Rahul's condition is critical and his pulse is getting weaker.
Priyanka thinks that Rahul has passed away, and everyone gathered, Meera comes to take her downstairs, she is dressed in a white sari, and as she passes by the mirror she tells Meera this is not Priyanka. Priya had sindoor in her maang, bangles in hand etc. She then throws something and break the mirror. Priyanka comes back to reality.
Doctors are talking with Raman and Rishab. Priyanka puts the mangal sutra in her neck and goes in to see Rahul.
Rahul is all alone, no doctors with him, no gadgets attached.
She tells Rahul she still has sindoor in her maang, mangal sutra in her neck, and he cannot leave her and go. If he is going then he must make her a widow with his own hands. He must remove the sindoor, break the bangles etc. Rahul is lying there motionless. Priyanka cries and puts her head on Rahul's chest.
She I guess hears the heart beat, she calls the nurse, who then calls the doctor.

Rahul is conscious, everyone is there with him, he tells them he cannot move his legs.
