Rishabh Lamba (Aman Verma)
Rishabh is the elder son in the Lamba family who is is the true inheritor of the legacy of Lambas in every which way. A sharp businessman, a shrewd mind and a true enemy of the Kharabanda family, Rishabh has carried forward the legacy of hatred with passion. He loves to hate the Kharbanda family and will go to any extent to destroy them. His relationship with his wife Anoushka is a loveless marriage.
When his brother Rahul goes against the family and marries Priyanka - the daughter of Kharabandas, Rishabh goes all out to destroy that marriage.
Rahul Lamba (Rohit Roy)
Rahul is the youngest son in the Lamba family who does not believe in hatred and enemity that his father and brother are trying to pass on to him. He falls in love with Priyanka Kharbanda.
Raman Lamba (Kiran Kumar)
Raman is the scion of the Lamba family, the owner of the Lamba empire and also the originator of hatred which has been passed onto the subsequent generations. He was great friends with Kailash Kharbanda once but Kailash felt that he has stolen the love of his life Meera from him along with the business, which was the beginning of the enemity which has continued for more than 35 years. Raman wishes to see the downfall of Kailash in every which way and even the passage of time has not reduced the flames of anger and hatred that he has for Kailash. He supports his son Rishabh against the Kharbandas and considers him his true inheritor.
Meera Lamba (Jayati Bhatia)
She is the strong and firm woman of the Lamba family who got caught in the crossfire between two friends. She finds the whole war futile and thinks strongly that it should end. She supports the marriage of Rahul and Priyanka and welcomes her in the house with open arms and a lot of apprehension. A sensible and sensitive woman, she is the pillar of support for Rahul and Priyanka in the Lamba mansion.
Anoushka Lamba (Pooja Ghai Rawal)
Anoushka is a very attractive woman who carries the misfortune of being married to Rishabh Lamba. She has all the material pleasures at her disposal but is an unhappy woman. She craves for attention and love from her husband but only gets humiliation and sarcasm. She is under constant pressure of giving the lamba family their vaaris.
Juhi Lamba (Kanika Maheshwari)
Juhi is the daughter of the eldest son of the family Rohan Lamba who has left the house with his wife long time back. Juhi subconsciously blames the Lamba family especially her grandparents for taking her parents away. She is in college and turning out to be quite a rebel. She develops a bond with Priyanka and also gets to know that Ronnie - their estate manager and her close pal was once in love with her.

Priyanka is a strong woman who fals in love with the son of her father's enemy. Inspite of knowing the problems and hurdles her love story will face, she decides to go ahead and get married to Rahul to bridge the gap between the two families. Kunal is Priyanka's elder brother who is an IAS officer-turned-Municipal Commissioner. He is an ethical man who sides with truth when it comes to work but when it comes to his enemity with the Lambas, he is the true inheritor of the hatred which he got from his father. Kunal is upset with his sister Priyanka's decision of marrying Rahul Lamba and refuses to accept the marriage.
