I nearly fell off my chair in excitement when I saw that you had posted a new vm. 😃 This is just awesome!

Excellent song selection, that haunting score upon which those eerie stringed notes which flow along to her anguish but also in that inspirational way illuminating her determination, that resilience of the human spirit. Nicely done.

I loved the editing, transitions, colouring and effect overall, for as always you make them part of your vm and not the main attraction. They subtly enhance aspects, adding a beautiful layer to it all, here both a visceral and ethereal quality. For instance, those first 7 seconds where you cut/edit to each beat whilst layer those small flashes with red hues, thereby creating a dynamic opening to two short scenes making them all the more powerful. The sharp edits bringing out his dominating presence, those red hues signalling danger, symbolizing more primal passions and those flashes becoming glimpses of hope we may find in her struggle that she never gives up upon. Finely done.

Then that charge form 0:07 to 0:10 in that lull of the opening storm of scenes you cleverly contrast with her strong move towards him. Excellently done. Then back to the storm upon those strings once again @0:11, and falling finally into that final lull as she misses, despite all that justice, right upon her side, illuminating that misery in her eyes all the more for it. Excellent choreography.

I loved, JUST LOVED, that sequencing from 0:35 to 0:46. That zoom @0:38 to that fall @0:41 to her fall echoing that fall from the sky...just beautifully done.

Then as she emerges from the water, in that bright yellow adornment, like a phoenix rising, which you skillfully edit to that rising tone of the score bringing the whole to a wonderful culmination, as you bring in those hazy, wistful shots of her looking just sublime. Beautifully done. Mesmerizing.

Then that final last haunting shot, as she she loses and his menacing foreboding silhouette overwhelms her. Brilliantly done, truly moving and containing so many emotions, angst, hope, inspiration and determination. Wonderfully done. I am in awe of your mastery over this art.
