I doubt poora dikhaayenge. I mean people know the event more by the name of Godhra than Sabarmati (though Sabarmati name is in official records), film ka naam hi inhone Sabarmati rakh diya hai which is more associated Gandhi ji and non-violence than such a huge massacre.

Kuchh to tone down zaroor karenge, but still I think they will not do a complete whitewash. Have you seen that movie 26/11 Nana Patekar waala? That is supposed to be factual but has been secularized to the core (India waala secularized not real secularizm)

That reminded me suddenly, there were two movies on Gujarat riots (both had toned down Godhra train burning) Parzania and Firaaq.

Dono me Nasiruddin Shah was there and now he and his ultra aware wife call out that movies are becoming propaganda tool

Watched Sabarmati Report yesterday. Will do a review on that movie. Although it wasn't as good as I expected it to be, still I don't think anyone of us should miss it

He is married but they are practically strangers to each other... They haven't spent even a single day together. Also the marriage happened when they were minors so probably it's not even legal.

Apparently Modi wanted to work with RSS and for country so felt he can't spend much time with wife performing marital and family duties and he didn't want his wife to stay at his home waiting for him only to serve his parents and extended family, so he asked her to return to her home. They mutually decided not to divorce but neither did they ever had any contact

I agree to the second part. Melody thing is both creepy and cringe.

Also there was once a news that she is being given Z security protocol being the wife of PM, something which she is getting annoyed at since those security personnel are very demanding.

But yes practically there is no relation. Although I personally think Modi should officially acknowledge her in his life. Even if he doesn't love her, she has spent her entire life for him, she has never badmouthed her husband. She deserves some fruits for her loyalty sincerity and sacrifice.
