I still remember that dialogue ;
"Aap keliye yeh sirf ek vanshaj ka khel hai!"
But a heads up though , her character is going to get butchered by the writters in just a few episodes....
OOF, that gave me goosebumps!! I loved the whole confrontation scene so much. Gurdip Ji's nuanced portrayal of that fear for her children's safety and determination to keep them out of his sick game was so well done. But unfortunately,I know they are going to butcher each and every character by like episode 150.
And since I came across some interesting points of view while I was reading through the old EDT's of episodes 130-135, I am just going to drop my 2 rupees ka opinion that nobody asked for.
This whole thing is a matter of perspectives and communication.
I do not believe Bhoomi is wrong in wanting to leave Delhi and Mahajan empire. Her stand on this whole matter has always been the same - prove Prem innocent and go back to their lives in Rishikesh. That was the sole reason she agreed to come to Delhi in the first place. The second that happened, their goal of staying in Delhi was achieved, she was ready to take her kids and go. She didn't wait for Shobna, the woman who murdered her husband and does not deserve her respect even in her last rites, to be cremated. During this period, Prem died, they were constantly insulted, Prem's dream restaurant literally burned to the ground because of which Isha could have died, the children were traumatised, and Yuvika almost lost her life twice. All of this just because of, as one yall put it, "a bloody chair". So why should Dadababu having a heart attack but still being under the care of people more well-equipped than them, be a reason good enough for them to stay and put their lives in danger again? As a mother of three children (yes three because she finally remembered the twins are hers too), Bhoomi is completely justified. She isn't aware of what DJ is planning. So is it worth it for her to put all of their lives on the line on a mere "what if" situation?
Yuvika isn't wrong either. Dadababu is her surrogate father. She idolizes and holds him to similar standards as she did with Prem. despite that, she was ready to leave Delhi and Neil behind to return to Rishikesh. But unlike the rest, she now knows what is going to happen to Dadababu if she leaves. I would question her morals if she up and left despite the knowledge that he was going to die. She should have told Bhoomi about Ruhi's visit.
Isha is quite practical in this whole thing. I agree that they shouldn't give up their birthright. Wanting to be part of your family legacy and having access to what is rightfully yours isn't wrong. They don't have to stay in Delhi to accomplish that, however. they can claim their 25% anytime they want in Rishikesh too. I like how she was the voice of reason even in the car when she told Bhoomi to her Yuvika out cause she had a solid reason.
