Neil got information that Meera is in mental hospital from 14 years. He decides to meet her tomorrow. Suddenly he remembers that he have to buy medicines for Vidhur. He parks his bike infront of pharmacy & goes to buy medicine. Gargi's men were following Neil from cafe. They know that Neil is going back to home & it'll be perfect time to complete the plan. They get ready to execute the plan.

Neil buys the medicines & goes from there. Gargi's men starts following him. The plan is very simple as they don't have to kill Neil. Their car will collide with Neil's bike with so much force that he'll get into minor accident. Neil suddenly gets call so he parks his bike in a corner. Gargi's men gets irritated. "Accha khasa plan pura ho jata lekin iss saale ko har jagah rokhna hai", says one of them. "Abey burbaak, phone aaya hai usko. Plan abhi bhi pura ho sakta hai. Yeh phone pe jab baat karega tab piche se thokar marke nikal lenge", says another one.

Neil sees Yuvika is calling him. He sighs feeling irritated. He doesn't picks up the call & puts back his phone into pocket. Suddenly he literally gets flew from his bike & his forehead gets injured badly. Gargi's men got into a fix because simple minor accident turned into fatal accident. "Ab kya kare?!. Madam mardegi humko", says one of them. "Ek kaam karte hai uske phone lekar kisi family member ko phone kar dete hai toh baat ban jayega", says another one. The leader of them glares at him & says "Isse hospital leke chalte hai. Wahi pe phone kar denge uske family ko". They takes Neil into hospital & gets him into emergency ward.

Meanwhile Yuvika keeps pacing from here to there thinking about Neil's ignorance. She can't even ask Vidhur uncle as he'll get suspicious. Gargi's men checks Neil's phone & sees last call was from Yuvika. "Yuvika?!. Kahi yeh woh Yuvika Mahajan toh nahi?!. Abey kahi Mahajan ke chakkar main padh gaaye toh lene ke dene padh jayenge", says one of them. "Lekin agar Yuvika ji ko phone nahi kiya toh Gargi madam jinda ghar degi humko", says another one. The leader completes the formalities as he knew Neil's surname. They calls Yuvika & tells about Neil's accident. Also tells her about the hospital name. Yuvika hurriedly goes from her room & starts descending from stairs panicking. Nandkishore sees it & informs Shobana about it.

Yuvika asks in reception desk about emergency ward. Receptionist gets shocked seeing a Mahajan asking about some mere accident but still tells about emergency ward. Yuvika thanks her & goes from there. That receptionist again checks the latest emergency case's patient information. She then sees it concludes Bhardwaj. She understands that Vidhur Bhardwaj's son got into a accident. She informs hospital dean about it & the dean knew Bhanu Pratap hence he calls him saying "Sir, Vidhur sir ke bete ka accident hua hai aur abhi unke treatment chal raha hai humare hospital pe". Bhanu Pratap was working with Vidhur. Hearing this he gets shocked. "Hum log abhi aa rahe hai", says Bhanu Pratap. Bhanu Pratap tells Vidhur about Neil's accident. Vidhur feels his world just turned into a nightmare hearing his son got into a accident.

Bhumi comes there saying "Dadababu, Yuvika abhi phone kiya mujhe. Usne kaha ke kisi ne usko phone karke bataya Neil ka accident hua hai isiliye abhi woh uss hospital jaa rahi hai jaha Neil hai. Hume bhi chalna chahiye". Bhanu Pratap nods at her. Bhumi starts consoling Vidhur while saying "Hausla rakhiye bhaisaab. Baas prathna kijiye ke Neil jaldi se iss situation se bahar aaye". They goes to the hospital & meets Yuvika who's going to cry anytime but masking her emotions. Bhumi feels something isn't right as she can feel Yuvika is getting panicked.

"Vidhur uncle, sab thik ho jayega. Aap baas baithiye yaha pe mummy ke saath. Dadababu aur mein sab sambhal lenge", says Yuvika while Bhanu Pratap nods at her words. Nurse comes out & says "Hume patient ka blood group janna hai aur ek donor bhi chahiye". "Mere bete ka blood group O+ hai lekin mera blood group B+ hai", says Vidhur while sobbing. "K..koi baat nahi uncle. Main blood donate karungi kyunki mera blood group bhi O+ hai", says Yuvika. "Aap mere saath aayiye", says Nurse & Yuvika goes with her to donate blood.

Operation was successful but doctors wanted 24 hours observation for Neil. Hence everyone is praying for Neil. "Humne patient ko ward mein shift kiya hai. Aap log mil sakte hai lekin ek ek karke. Sab log ek saath patient se milna allow nahi hai", says Nurse. At first Vidhur enters into the ward & sees his son laying down on bed peacefully. He never imagined that he'll see his son in this state in his life. He affectionately kisses Neil's forehead while sobbing. "Betu.... I'm sorry. Tu humesha kehta hai ke papa apko mere fikaar nahi, sirf Mahajan family se matlab hai. Jabke aise baat nahi hai.....mujhe tumhare fikar hai isiliye tumhe sabke nazar se dur rakhne ke koshish kiya humesha lekin pata nahi kismat kaisa hai tumhara ke harbar kisi na kisi Mahajan se takdrate ho. Pehle DJ, uske baad Yuvika aur phir Dhanraj se takra gaye. Baas Shobana Mahajan ke nighrane main nahi aana chahiye tumhe. Iss samay main agar yaha nahi rahungi toh kab rahungi?!", says Bhumi. "Bhumi, tum bhi toh akeli reh nahi sakti. Main Arjun ko bhej deta hoon", says Bhanu Pratap. "Dadababu, Arjun aur Isha ghar mein rahe toh accha hoga. Main aur mummy ruk jaate hai Neil ke liye. Aap Vidhur uncle ko sambhaliye", says Yuvika. Bhumi looks at Yuvika suspiciously while Dadababu nods at her. After a while, Dadababu takes Vidhur with him who was reluctant to leave his son but Bhumi assured him regarding Neil.

Bhumi takes Yuvika with her in a corner. "Yuvika, tu kya chupa rahi hai?. Tu jis tarah se behave kar rahi hai mujhe kuch aur lag raha hai. Kya tu Neil se pyaar karti hai", says Bhumi. "Mummy, a..apko koi galat fehmi hui hai",stammers Yuvika. "Tujhe jhoot bolna nahi aata hai isiliye koshish bhi maat kar", says Bhumi firmly. Yuvika hugs Bhumi suddenly & Bhumi starts consoling her while Yuvika cries in her hold. "Mummy, meri galti ke wajah se sab khatam ho gaya",sobs Yuvika. "Meri bacchi..... tujhe galti ka ehsaas hua hai na wahi kaafi hai. Ab baas uss galti ko sudhaar baaki main sambhal lungi", says Bhumi. Yuvika wipes her tears while Bhumi carress her back to soothe her.

"Mummy, main please aaj raat Neil ke saath rehna chahti hoon. Mujhe-", Yuvika gets cut off by Bhumi saying "Chinta maat kar. Kisiko kuch bhi pata chalega".

"Maashri, yeh aap kya bol rahe hain?. Yuvika waha akeli nahi hai. Bhumi hai uske saath aur aap Vidhur ke bete ko naukar kyu samajhte hain?!",asks Bhanu Pratap. "Main Vidhur aur uske bete ko naukar nahi samajhti hoon Bhanu. Main baas itna keh rahi hoon ke woh hospital humare Mahajan hospital nahi hai isiliye humare naam badnaam karne ke liye iss ghar ke beti ko target karenge humare dushman", says Shobana. Bhanu Pratap starts thinking about it & Shobana smirks thinking her plan's 1st stage is complete.

"Tumhe main samjhati hoon Bhanu. Kal agar koi yeh jaane ki Bhumi Mahajan, Mahajan Group ke legal head ke bete ke tabiyaat puchne gayi thi toh koi ispe kuch nahi bolega. Lekin agar koi yeh jaane ki Yuvika Mahajan, Mahajan Group ke legal head ke bete ke tabiyaat puchne gayi thi toh log tarah tarah ke baatein karenge kyunki Yuvika shaadi shuda nahi hai. Tum baas humare Guruji se baat karo ki iss mahine pe koi subh muhuraat hai kya shaadi ke liye", says Shobana.

Yuvika enters into the ward & sees Neil's unconscious state. She tiptoe goes near the bed & sits beside him on a stool. "Kitna sukoon hai tumhare chehre pe. Tumhare chehre pe sukoon dekhkar mujhe bhi accha lag raha hai",mumbles Yuvika while carressing Neil's hair softly.

"Neil.... I'm sorry tumhe chot pauchane ke liye. T..tum...tumhare bharosa thodne ke liye.....iss ke liye tum mujhe jo saza doge manzoor hai lekin... tumhe kisi aur ke saath nahi dekh sakti....yeh saza maat do mujhe", Yuvika chokes in her voice while saying this. "Mai...main janti hun Karthik ko mere saath dekhkar tumhe bhi bohot chot paucha hoga....agar uss waqt main apni feelings samaj jaati toh aaj yeh sab kuch nahi hota jo hua....tum aur main saath hote, Vidhur uncle ko bhi jail nahi jaana padta aur hum saath mein papa ko insaaf dilane ke koshish karte. Lekin ab yeh sab....yeh sab main thik karna chahti hoon", Yuvika sobs while intertwining their hands together. "Neil.... I'm sorry again. Please mujhse baat karo. Tumhare chuppi mujhse bardasht nahi ho raha ab", sobs Yuvika while laying her head on his chest.

She can hear Neil's heartbeat which calms her a little & closes her eyes to feel the comfort while hugging him from beside. Bhumi sees this from outside of the ward & prays "Sab thik kardo bhagwan....agar koi saza dena hai toh usko do jo iska layak ho.....inn baccho ko nahi". Bhumi thinks she will talk to Bhanu Pratap about Neil-Yuvika.
