Can you please translate what he said in that scene beforehe announced Dhanraj as the chairman?

He starts with the same verse of Geeta in Sanskrit, which means Aatma(soul) can't be hurt/pierced by a weapon. It can bot be burnt in fire, water can not splash it neither can the winds bother it, since aatma is above all of these and is a part of Krishna himself. Then he explained the verse in Hindi

Later he says that he said all of these because he someone tried to harm the aatma of Mahajan group (it's name), but it wasn't the first time Mahajan group was tried to be sabotaged by such hurricane of lighting, yet it stood firm like a rock, it will be the same this time as well.

However he feels that they need to take in from start and handover the leadership to someone who brings new thoughts to the group, who takes the group to new heights and brings in contemporary flavor, so he announces Dhanraj as the new Chairman
