Now D2 is elder, but has some physical deformities so P2 is made the king of Hastinapur, later P2 does some crime and is exiled when D2 is given the responsibility of state.
Later they have children. How is this scenario different from present Mahabharat? Bheeshm's vow might be useless but they definitely didn't lead to Mahabharat as many want to believe. That is like what the promo of SuryaPutra Karna showed that ek Swayamvar jisne badal diya Bharat ka itihas like Draupadi rejected Karna was the reason for Mahabharat.
