Guys,

Don't you think this storyline of Vaidehi resembles the story of Pardes with Shah Rukh Khan? Its the same thing when Mahima Chaudhry was stuck between the strict and mean Father-in_law and the brat Fiance. And, Shah Rukh Khan came to her rescue. I think this concept of Vaidehi is the same.

i agree there are some similarites but there are also some differences. vaidehi is a stronger character then the female character in pardes. i don't think she needs to be rescued everytime.
