Usachick821: Thanks for putting the link. I do think that a lot of people don't know the difference between impotency and sterility--someone actually corrected me when I said that Aryan cannot have sex with Vaidehi because he is impotent😆.

And almost every one here is unmarried so can't understand what it means to have to forego a physical relationship in a marriage. Ask any married person and they'll tell you its not as simple as "love is enough ".

And BTW , i bet there is more to impotency in this secret.

Aryan can't be impotent, he has had a daughter with his first wife Janki... and I think he's just saying this so he doesn't get too close to Vaidehi, mostly because I believe he loves his first wife still and he only married Vaidehi because his dad made him.

I think that once Aryan's other brother, the black sheep of the family, comes back, he and Vaidehi will have some kind of "special bond" and that will most likely be her agni pareeksha.

But its only the third episode, and there is still more to the story... so we'll just have to wait and see.

i think there is more to the secret! coz janaki in the 3rd episode says, 'ek aur hadsa', then she says 'they shudnt know i am alive'. aryan's father sees her n gets worried n sends security guards after her, there is definately more to it the secret is not completely out.
i am wondering if he is impotent,then where did yuvika come from?

He could have become impotent after the birth of Yuvika. It may have been an illness or an accident that caused it.

I feel really bad for Vaidehi...she got cheated into dis marriage badly..I mean, not being ablt to have kids is one thing..you can always adopt or sumtin...but not bein able to have sex with ur husband is another thing...like wen u think practically...the whole marriage/sex cums in a package...and she didnt chose this, she was tricked into it..i feel bad for her...i dunno...but i think it be rly hard to live in a house, that played sucha nasty game with you. I wouldnt think its wrong if Vaidehi choices to leave her husband

in a way i really feel sorry for vaidehi....but if she loves him enough it should not matter

i completely agree with you, it is a big deal to not have a physical relationship in a marraige. also the fact that she was tricked and not told before marraige makes it a plot/ scheme and she is just a victim.

think abt it....when you get married, obviously you want to have a physical relationship with the person you married
vaidehi is a girl who thought that she had everything with aryan....she would marry him, "love hm" (if you understand the quotes) and have some kids to care for
but, by aryan hiding this fact from her.....a whole part of her dream cannot be fulfilled
