i think varu will have a twin bro so the one who misbehaved with sanju was not varun but his twin bro and the one who went off the cliff will be varun so may varuns bro would be coming to take revenge

That is, if the show is a close copy of Pretty Little Liars. However, I find that the writers have stolen a critical scene from the final season of Desperate Housewives in one of the earlier episodes, so if they're copying from another source, it may be different.

It seems not. Neither the characters, nor the audience, are aware of Varun's family. Like they're completely unknown.

It makes me wonder, whether Varun is a real person at all. A little is known about every character's family (not so much Mak, Sahil, Rohan and RGV) but absolutely nothing is known about Varun's family, though he was BFF with Sanju-Ella-Vinnie and we saw several shots of his house. But nothing is known about his family. Maybe he was planted in their lives for a purpose.

What happens next:

Ella screaming in Principal Rigved's office

Ella ends up facing Tattoo Man in Principal Rigved's office.
Ella ends up facing 'Varun' in Principal Rigved's office.
Rigved is the show's first casualty- Ella's non-rustication was fixed by someone else.
Ella has a nightmare. Again.

Sanju tearing the paper to pieces:

Maybe a sign that Vinnie and Sanju are now separated. Possibly a greeting card.
Another threat/clue from the secret society stalking them, that she doesn't want to show the others
A threat that Ella/Vinnie received, that they want to keep away from Sanju.
