That's a bit difficult to imagine, since Sanju seemed to hate Varun after he got drunk. Maybe somehow, he's been sending her messages, or there is something in the clues that Sanju picked out, that we didn't (although there was something in Prithvi's second Shayari that we picked out, that the BFFs didn't).
