Updt- raghu @ chaubey's house . he rembrs chaubey threat & words that he'd written statement & took malivka'sthumb print.raghu goes in thru window( raghu chor).he searches everywhere & cupboard & saw safe in it.but its key is under pillow. raghu took key from there & opens it & took out the file.he take sit wid him.
