It has been learnt that Saurabh will be seen playing Lord Krishna (Vishnu's avatar) in Mahabharata too. He is quite elated over the same and is glad that the makers considered him for this grand show. It is to note that Saurabh was had first impressed everyone playing Kunal Chopra aka Samir Soni's younger brother in Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms' Parichay on Colors. His character as Anand was loved by one and all, though it lasted for a short time but he left a mark with the role.
Later he even entered Colors' Uttaran playing Yuvraj, Ichcha (Tina Dutta) and Veer's (Vikas Bhalla) son. While doing Uttaran, he successfully managed to don the mantle of Lord Vishnu for Mahadev and perfectly balanced the two extremely opposite roles.
Meanwhile, in Mahabharata, his entry will be seen from the first episode as he will narrate the story to the audiences. As of now he has just shot for the promo and will begin shooting for the show from 10 April 2013.
