Why icchas face was damaged?

Someone pls clarify. I havent watched since icchas accident. Why cvs did that to her face? for any future twist or already served any purpose for current track?

I too have a doubt. Why they do it... Hopefully something good happen. but doc said due to accident her face is totally damaged. so it was full of blood...

Bcz of accident her face damaged fully.. in future if CVS plan to bring back ichha means they may use dis..

I know its coz of accident. But that was nor necessary. They could have clearly shwn her face . but why they opted this route?

Some time possibilities are there for ichcha's come back.May be a future twist.but it depends on the cvs.

I think it was because they wanted to present this track of her family not recognizing her immediately... We watched with more tension and asked ourselves when will they all come to know about her accident...

Tina was acting as meethi and iccha had no dialogues thats why body double and face was damaged.
Rest everything and today that tattoo mark shows it as iccha.
If they knew she is iccha first only than i think there would have been lot of chaos , may iccha would have survived or she would have died late.
And tapu would never get heart transplant.
So cvs did this.
Still if cvs want they can forget such details and get back iccha, even if it will be blooper.
