Is Ichaa really dead or is there some hope left?

Is Ichaa really dead or is there some hope left? I mean is there any possibility that cvs is playing a prank or us and there has been some kind of mix up? how can she die without even meeting her son? without even meeting meethi again? without even seeing veer again? how can veecha end jsut like this abruptly? or am i in denial mode regarding ichaa's death?

The lady is ichcha or she wouldnt want to give her heart to tappu otherwise...by this the cvs showed Ichcha ki stupid mahaanta by giving her heart to tapasya and saving her...now ichcha lives in tapasya...yuck!!!!yes veecha...yucha...meecha...all were so abrupt!

it was very sad to c this death sequence. i would have liked it if this might b end of the show.
but since face of ichha is not shown, her family is not aware so definitely anything can happen. like any other serial a dead person can come future. they may create a different story what happened at hospital etc..

Ichcha was dead.and in fri promo also they show damini faint on seeing her belongings.Since after death her face is not shown may be while taken for heart transplant something might have happened.But no hopes left.may be in future they can create the story in hospital as a twist to bring her.
