I think that guy is paras...remember that boy who once got caught with drugs and icha brought him to hospital whre she met vansh..

All of us would have LOVED it if it was true! But Paras died in the Rehab Centre where Vansh was and for a few days Icha held Vansh responsible for his death because she had asked him to keep an eye on Paras and still he died.

At least that's what I remember from the long ago episodes. I may be mistaken!
