If Nani kills Iccha, there is nothing left in the story for us viewers to watch. This cannot happen and Iccha did forgive Mai, probably because Mai came to her rescue by calling Jogi. Veer will also forgive Mai due to Iccha. Nani ko karz chukhana padega and will eventually get punished.
