Actually no 😆 as soon as I heard him tell that was teenage book I just left it in my car..didnt even bother to get it in😆

I didn't flirt with him, he was the one trying to flirt. He was a handsome punjabi munda no doubt 😆 But shorty. Short guys are big turn off's you see😆

Everything in it bugged me so much. 1st was the rent. They agreed on the quoted rate next they tell me what's the per sft rate and how much more it is. ( I had to let go off prospective deals for this one) next was the 5 year lock period & then annual increase of 5 % something to the initially agreed 10% with 10 year bond.🤢 I chucked these loosers and gave it to ICICI 😆

-- When you started talking to this guy about terms and conditions on your deed...how did you start talking to each other about terms and conditions of such a serious deal without introducing yourself to each other..(hmmm...I guess it began with flirtation--you guys got fascinated, and forgot what you had to talk about...I am just digging the juicy details...😳😆)

I am very good in remembering names the first time.. he probably said something and I registered something else in my mind or there could be so many people of same name na.. or I plainly chose to get things going asap without getting into details or I was having one of my dumb days dont know! 😆

Agatti honeymoon pe everything was 1st time you see..☺️( u know what I mean don't you 😆😆) but now it's the same old thing you know it all 😆 (sorry kiddo's) but the fun and adventure part always remains..and I am a masti khor always doing full on masti & he accomodates it all and becomes a kid with me 😆 I attempt real crazy stuff (like Geet in Jab we met😆) so that's definitely improved with time..back then I wasn't so unpredictable😆
