If Veer had booked her for fraud immediately after the ghunghat marriage, it would have become null and void.. But he accepted her before Vancha marriage at the instance of Mai and she was there for all to see beside Veer as the younger daughter-in-law of the family and so the marriage became valid according to Hindu Marriage Act, which strives to protect women from being abused and thrown out later citing fraud... But before that he had got the divorce papers signed by her.. Once her misdemeanors were exposed, especially her stealing and instigating Vansh to suicide, it would have been very easy for Veer to divorce her as he had the already signed papers for divorce by mutual consent..According to my understanding, previously one year was the waiting period for divorce, but recently SC has changed it to 6 months to get divorce by mutual consent and in this particular case, it would have been in Veer's favour because of Tappu's criminal activities.. Chanda said that Ichcha got married 6 months after Vansh's death and so it is obvious that he had got the divorce decree before his mother started looking for alliances for him like Kinjal, etc..Now it appears that Tapasya had a fling with Rathore within one month of her leaving B house, when she was not legally divorced from Veer... One more point in Veer's favour, but it is of no consequence now as he is already divorced before marrying Ichcha...😆😆
Hermoinee, so much trouble to explain what is obvious to some and not to others.............this is not because what you say in not the absolute truth but because each person chooses the explanation favoring their favored. I applaud your patience.😊👏

Aditi, I am tired of the same things being raised again and again in favour of Tapasya.. I wrote that marriage was not valid according to Hindu rituals and then I cited Mahabharata epic episode for Ichcha marrying Vansh unknowingly, as these epics and scriptures are our source for reference to Hindu rituals, because of these talks about Taps being Veer's wife(citing Sindoor and mangal sutra which do not make a marriage valid) and Ichcha marrying her Dewar was nauseatingly discussed for ever.. Now people have started going the legal route to somehow or the other show Taps in good light, but unfortunately for them, the legal route is also clear for Veecha marriage.. That is what the CVs have opted to show and we discuss the show according to what is shown and not what we want to imagine...😆😆
