Btw Kasab has been convicted and sentenced to death but as per Indian Law he is on appeal and until Mumbai High Court confirms his death sentence, he cannot be hanged. Also he has the right to go the Supreme Court and if SC also upholds death sentence, then he can also petition the President of India whose decision will be final. Its a very long process.

Because India is a democracy, every criminal has a right to be defended, so under that Kasab has been provided a lawyer by the Govt of Maharashtra otherwise it does not constitute a fair trial.
But the case is a lost one for the defense team because its an open and shut case.

abu salem is still under trial ..now common yaar ..these is the way to trust ur officers ..it takes around 13 to 14 years to give a judgement ....😡😡

india ke courts ka yehi halat hain, it takes yrs to even start trial in some cases. They need to speed up the process surely lekin because of population and fewer courts, feewer judges, lawyers etc, it takes long time.
