Rohit Khurana in new show?

After the remake of the popular Telugu show Rakta Sambhandham to Hindi, UTV is now working on the remake of the very popular Tamil show Kolangal.

Kolangal, the show on Sun TV, created a record of sorts after it catapulted Tamil film actor Devyani's stardom on the small screen. The show is now being remade in Hindi and will take a prime time daily slot on Star Plus. We hear that Rohit Khurana, Vansh of Uttaran has bagged the lead role in this untitled show.

Veteran actress Rohini Hattangadi who was last seen on Hindi television in SAB TV's Gunwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge makes a comeback with this UTV show. The show will have a Maharastrian backdrop. As of now, the casting process is on. The channel and production house have not got their female lead as of now.
