veer wont say or do anything to provoke taps to do such heinous act....taps is just taking her own sweet revenge on him for wat he did to her long back....remember that baaho me chali aao song....veer poured a bucketful of water on her after the song ended.

Actually I was looking for remedy 4 his dumbness yesterday but looks like his problem has gone so far that the treatment is not possible
