I dont think parul is best actress but I want to see Rashmi on the list...inspite of my love for her I really think shes doing BRILLIANT acting!

Rashmi would be there if it was The Best Wamp Category because she is portraying one How can she the best actress(it means the best in everything ,in deeds ,thoughts and everything which Taps is not)so Rash definitely doesn't fall in that category
