This season isn't also gonna work. LIKHKAR LELO. trp will be stable initially then start to drop. They don't know how to end stories nicely, and make it impossible for audience to have a connection w anyone, giving trauma to all. Drama is very imp, including tragedies, but if you don;t have a balance then you're gonna lose people. All the biggest FDs have had just the most traumatic endings, not even in a loving good way.

Tejo stans kept crying until her last day, and she'd the biggest fd, most people were Tejo biased even among shippers. She's such a unique character, simple independent fierce no nonsense... bechari ki zindagi ki mc bc kardi

Fateh, probably got the best deal. After what he did w Tejo, dude deserved hell forever, but got 10-12 good years w Tejo. But fatejo together got pretty sad ending, deserved at least their own child (also it'd have been way more impactful from next gen POV considering people would be more invested in fatejo child)

Jasmine, Post airport none of her actions made sense really, and god knows ise zinda kyon rakha hai.

Anyway, the story is pendulum, they've left the first season mantra, no matter what stick to OG story, during EMA, dunibhar ki gaaliyan padi but they didn't care. Since airport they havent had story at all, first chopped off Angad's story, then brought Jasmine and Harleen (from some 2nd 3d marriage wtf) completely threw aside Nehmat Naaz OG story...

AND THE WORST PART, CANADA SYAPA which started bcz some daughter was stolen away to canada of biji, that's still unsolved. Also HOW TF IS SHE STILL ALIVE?

To be honest they have shown just nonsense after that airport vala scene of jasmine.

even older jasmine has same face

and now suddenly the face of older harleen has been changed..

show ke hisab se jaya jaye to older harleen ki shakal older jasmine se milni chaiye thi..

when sargun paid tribute to all the actors on instagram

she said you are the best of best to isha malviya....something like tu to best hai...

so from what i see these makers are totally living in their lala land where nobody wants the truth of evils to be out and hence the feelings of actual audience is ignored...

its just their ignorance of public and love for that girl that ruined second season...it would have been much better if the show focussed on naaz and nehmat

also if some people think after airport vala scene ki jasmine and harleen were necessity for show's trp

then i am sorry to say show abhi bhi chal rha h...trp abhi bhi bn rhi hogi...

hosakta hai kuch twist and turns lane k baad trp second season se achi ho...

i have seen many og movies of sargun notably angrej,qismat,qismat 2,love punjab,lahoriye

and i thought sargun has the potential of making something big like her own movies

but she is terribly failing and testing the patience of audience by repetitively making the evil win over the hero...

There are many conflicts going on in this gen. There's already Ekam-Nehmat-Harleen angle. There's Aasmaa-Armaan-Aliya triangle. Aliya-Harleen angle. Ekam being unaware of his second daughter. Some shady agreement with Harleen-Mr Dhillon. Also issues with Armaan's dad and both Ekam and Mr Dhillon. And some problem with Mr Dhillon's family.

They have already established connections with Ekam-Aasmaa and also Armaan-Aasmaa's kismat connection. Wish they hadn't ruined the show too much. These would have been a bit more interesting then.

Sometimes makers go overboard with leads...i mean..girls who live in punjab from birth knows the exact dialect and wordings of boliyan that is shown in today's episode...

but the girl who has not visited even once knows the regional boli and that too without canadian accent

bit hard to digest

coz the children born and raised in canada have a different accent ..

because they are raised in very different environment from childhood and catches their accent and dialect due to the study and school factors

looks like they want to show the lead more desi compared to the other girl raised in india...very foolish on their part🤣

I mean, I kind of have to disagree here because it really depends on whether or not your parents care enough to pass on their language and culture and also the community that you grow up in. There are parts of Canada with huge desi communities, specifically Punjabi communities, so I wouldn't say it's totally unrealistic considering that we don't where in Canada they live and also, clearly Aasma's dad was very keen on making sure his daughter knew how to speak her mother tongue and other cultural practices.

I pretty much agree with you that there are huge punjabi communities..but the people i know that were born there do know punjabi but always have that canadian accent...they speak punjabi but have that accent which is different from Indian people....

also punjabis living in canada do learn to speak their mother tongue but they are very hesitant to speak hindi fluently...although they understand it bcoz of the similarity between hindi and punjabi language...

and here the lead is speaking hindi and punjabi fluently as if she has no schooling from canada

my main point was...the accent coz of the schooling from childhood which is absent in main lead..

so yeah..

baaki i am not living in canada...i have my relatives residing over there...and they have that different accent...

also there are many canadian punjabi youtubers...u will always find that accent...

also boliyan is kinda tough...but if the culture is practiced thoroughly it can be learnt
