she kinda bumped into him but didn’t see or notice him, unless she’s playing him.

He hears her voice and runs out after her and friends to see her getting in taxi.

It's not Angad who's following her, it's Tejo who's following him! It's no coincidence that they are in the same place. He saw her because she wanted him to😎. Finally she's ready to come face to face with Angad, that's why she is in the same place as Angad "usually" parties in! This can be so exciting if this is the case. ☺️
