Makers pushed that story under the rug. It would have been such a perfect shade to his character. Hope someday he confesses everything infront of Tejo, and she will realise what a mess she has trapped her into.

He likes to portray he's a grat guy, and back then he's saving a pretty woman on whom he had already a crush on. Now he's killing a woman who said no to him. Typical nice guys
