TRP's have an odd (and IMO terribly flawed) system in India- some 44,000 meters speak for the viewing habits of 1.3bn viewers.

Also these meters seem to be installed in mostly lower class/lower middle class households.

I can pretty much bet there's no one on IF here who has a TRP meter installed in their house, or knows someone who has a meter in their house.

That's a fact. It's Fateh's secret and Jasmin expose that got TRP. People have been waiting for it. Did not we ? Credit must go to Ankit for his acting just the way it was to Pri during Jasfa EMA expose.

They had loyal viewers and secret secret added to curiosity. Plus Ankit was bang on. Obviously it's Jasfa break up that got TRP. Makers better not bring them together again🤣

Next high will be Fatejo coming together again with an unexpected twist...as per spoiler. Fatejo makep will be an unexpected and high drama thing. We all can bet on it.

A friend doesn't act like that. He and Tejo, despite being so different, F being extremely flawed and T literal perfection, they share some really core values, love for family being one of them.

F is the most interesting character in this story. You know how we both agreed once that F had always loved T, and even if jasfa would have gotten married, story would have taken much darker turn, because then F would have chased T. And it'd have been really dark because T was never into him before marriage.

The dude's like that... he's grey. A much darker shade of him emerged in my imagination post jasfa fake marriage and revelation. I was sure that any bit of soft spot he had for Jasmine, is long gone, and he's playing her in some way. What I'd imagined was, he'd married her for real, but would have changed his tune once they were married. She'd have been estranged from everyone, and he'd have turned much darker, angry asshole as a husband. In his mind it'd have been perfect punishment for the two... He'd never have a happy life, and he wouldn't let Jasmine ever be happy.

I envisioned that track too where F marries J only for time to pass and him to realise his pull towards Tejo. It would have been a dark and gritty track with a not so villainous Jasso, a naive but we'll meaning Tejo and a grey shaded selfish Fateh.

Not meant for TV definitely.

But seriously, F can never be together with J. Even if he had not found out about J, and married her for real, his illusion would have broken soon enough. He was seeing J through an illusion. Ab wahi bhari pari use.

I would have liked to watch a dark Fateh track too where he would have actually married Jasso and exacted his revenge on her with asshole tendencies. Anyway their families hated them so Jasso would have nowhere to go other than bow to his whims. You are right buddy....it could have been a dark, sinister track.

No ship is responsible for this trp particularly. Neither FaTejo nor TejAng or JasFa! No-one cared about these fake engagement, and fake marriage. It was purely because of Fateh's revenge track. Audience wanted him in this avatar for the longest time and there were sign that Fateh might ditch Jassu from that laptop incident. Everyone were kind of curious to see if the wedding was really fake or not. And the airport revenge was just cherry on the cake.The writing team deserves the credit for this trp.

But with the current track the trp will drop again for sure. 3.1 is huge, they won't be able to keep this up consistently because of the dragging nature of this show.
