To even transfer your drivers licence here in Canada from India they do a full on check in India… authentication

So to get married it won’t be valid as they will run the same records check on both before providing a marriage licence

Unless they go to the gurudwara n get married n it won’t be legal

or common law partners have the same rights you don’t have to be divorced for that

Vaise bhi I feel jasfa marriage won't happen... not coz of divorce nd legal issues but for their karma...

They can't get their happiness while snatching everything from Tejo..
