So his true intentions, logically he's in love with tejo, not realized it yet. Or he's still obsessed with chameli and just is a cheap ass. Latter doesn't make sense for several reasons, but it's itv, so it's very unpredictable.

@bold- I think this is the case. Otherwise, why would he take a step towards her and consummate their relationship. He did it in his complete senses and was also the one who initiated it. He is pretty much in love with Tejo. Only problem is his definition of love is faulty. He needs to fix that first. And for that, he needs to lose Tejo for sometime. Then he will realize what he is actually feeling for her. Till then, Fateh boy will continue to think love as friendship and infatuation as love and drive us all mad.
