What is Fateh's true intention?

I have watched last night's episode a few times and I have observed so many things that has made me doubt Fateh's intentions towards Tejo and also I really need Fateh's POV to know what he's thinking. We have seen both Jasmean and Tejo's POV and we know where they stand.

Here is what I observed with Fateh that I need clarity

1. Fateh watching Tejo's silhouette while she got dressed.

I don't know what made Fateh look at Tejo, I found it surprising. I figured the first time he looked it was a mistake because even he was ashamed of himself, but then he looked again. This is someone you consider to be your "best friend" why look at her like that. Even after she was completely dressed he was left in a trance, to which he complimented her.

2. Reading of the romantic novel

Fateh was being very extra in this scene. The way he placed his chin on Tejo's shoulder and was sitting so close to her, made the entire scene very intimate. Even Tejo was shocked, then to add he recited that romantic poem and was staring at Tejo so immensely. Fateh knew what he was doing because when Tejo reacted to the curtain on fire he immediately apologized because he knew he crossed a line and he thought Tejo was offended. Guilty much Fateh?

3. Fatejo Romance

Everything Fateh did earlier was leading up to this moment. My question is why? I know Tejo consented because she was falling for Fateh and also Fateh gave the impression that he was moving on and accepting Tejo as his wife. But why did Fateh initiate this consummation? He doesn't love Tejo, and he's still obsessed with Jasmine. He wasn't drunk so he was in his right senses so why Fateh?

Then he was so shy the next morning that you would think Tejo seduced him. It takes two to tanjo, and I blame Fateh for all that transpired because even though Tejo was falling for Fateh, she never throw herself on him or demanded her rights as a wife.

I know I've said a lot but I'm really puzzled at Fateh's behavior and I hope to get clarity in the upcoming episodes as to where he stand with Tejo emotionally.

I completely agree with you and we need his perspective on perhaps everything.

1. When he stole glances, I think it was a very male reaction plus they had built up se*ual tension till then. The extra long stares in the rain and when she tripped during their attempt to sneak in..

2. The book reading thing was definitely too intimate and fateh was almost cuddling with her.

3. He was just attracted to her and since she’s his wife, it probably felt right for him?

I believe that Fateh genuinely likes Tejo and respects her but is still living in the shadow of his obsession with Jasmine. He really needs to face this obsession in order to genuinely move on with Tejo. He is also definitely attracted to Tejo. He still thinks he is in love with Jasmine and is unable to decipher his own feelings toward Tejo. But I agree with the consummation scene. It was too soon. However, I am loving the plot so far. 😍

If a person is madly in love with someone he or she will never consummate the other instantly within a month of marriage that too in a conscious state of mind

He was not drunk and new what he was doing. He did not see chameli in her. Very well knew it was her. It was not mere physical attraction . He has developed soft corner for her but yet to realise as chameli's jaap still blocking him

Slowly chameli will fade and tejo will rise in him

Consumation between husband wife usually strenghten their bond in the long run

And now i have two questions

Is second round coming after they reach home???😂

Well they sleep on the same bed

Thinking of stuffing my fridge with ice creams

Uff too much to bear

Honestly, plenty of people think that getting affected by someone = liking/loving them. That's nonsense imo. You can hate someone to the core and get affected by them, I think that's what Fateh feels for chameli. After their marriage, he's seen her face, accurately pointed out her schemes and is ahead of her. Until his wedding, he thought she's just childish, after that he saw that she's a vicious brat who can hurt anyone.

With tejo, his equation has been changing, it's not just two best friends anymore and it's before they slept with each other. I don't think he's completely aware of this himself. That day when investor was getting interested in tejo, that possessiveness is of a partner, not friend.

So his true intentions, logically he's in love with tejo, not realized it yet. Or he's still obsessed with chameli and just is a cheap ass. Latter doesn't make sense for several reasons, but it's itv, so it's very unpredictable.

The main problem is he doesnt know what he wants😂

He will end up with none😂

Jasmin will end up with amrik

Tejo either single or with another guy

He will be nothing but a

Devdas😂

I was wondering since this is itv will they bring his duplicate as well in future to spice up the story just incase trp soars😂

I want to see the second round happening when Tejo wears the saree he gifted her. I would love to see a bold Tejo making the move this time, *tip tip barsa paani* background music.

BOLD : very good points indeed, I do feel since he was totally into her, this will gradually build up, and now i am hoping to get some more cozy scenes among them 😳 provided Jassu is not made aware of their consummation yet, I am not yet ready for her drama 😵
