After everything thats happened: surely Fatejo has to happen?

I just want to say the embarrasment that both families have gone through cuz Jasmine refused to marry and walk out was alot yet surely just because she returns and says they cant marry: all cant be forgotten?

How can she come back and say the wedding of Fatejo cant happen after what she did? I cant see Jasfa marriage happening at all as both families and especially Fatehs father cant forget what Jasmine did.

Also in regards to Fateh: i understand he loves her yet surely at the price of your self respect? She refused to marry and said Canada matters to her more than his love: how can he marry someone when she said that and embarrassed him and his family on the wedding day?

Fatejo marriage has to happen in order for the story to move forward and how Fatejo deal with being a married couple so unexpectedly.
