(I wrote on seeing that insta pic of our adories and that attitude of dude with her along with the #SUKOR. I penned down a quick post but Mai asked fora continuation….. Well! I have not been writing SuKor but when Mai asked (she seldom ask) I wanted to as how can I say no to my buddy who has literally seen me from my silent days in this forum and who had held me with her excellent track analysis and WUs whenever I used to be depressed and off the show. This is not related to the show but my maiden attempt to twine a completely new story maybe 2 or 3 chapters…. Hope I could make you happy Mai)

The police sirens were on everywhere!!! … It was the district hospital..

Emergency..

Run… Run shouted the constables…

Call the Duty Doctor shouted the man .. where is the Doctor…..tall in his Police Uniform, his eyes looking out and not waiting for the stretcher but just carried the girl from his jeep who was bleeding, inside the hospital…

The ward boys ran took her in the stretcher and was pushing….

Walked in the Duty Doctor with her steth around… Officer I will handle you may leave….and please don’t shout she said… there are sick patients.

He looked at her…. Where is Dr. Chand? He asked…. The Chief is in a meeting and I am the new Duty Doctor… …. Oh he said….

The ward boys were pushing the stretcher… god! that K Inspector has come…. God knows what case is this they said to each other.

Shut up you both and don’t talk while pushing the patient…. Be fast take her to the OT…she said reading her pulse…

Sorry madam they said but very very softly...this is another K Doctor what she asked. Kuch nai Madam they said.

She went in to the OT.. the red light was on

Chapter I

Farming…

It was dark and the bungalow was in one of the big areas of the city of Kanpur. The cars came screeching and the man in his middle age with his pipe was followed by his assistants…well thugs. He was angry running inside the house to the big room and sat in his chair.

He took the long stick and started hitting them …. Saab please please we tried to catch her but she ran too fast and by the time we could, that DCP came from nowhere so we had to run but before running we did hit her with the knife and it hit her back. She was bleeding am sure she must be dead by now.

Don’t give me stories he shouted. I want that girl dead at any cost!... How can you all be careless and leave her. Where from this DCP come…. DCP Suraj Khatri…typical to his surname he is a Khatra…. kshatriya… How did you cross him?….Shouted the man, Bhero Nath who is the boss to his henchman Deeraj.

Boss, Deeraj said… we were chasing the girl from our lodge when suddenly the jeep of the DCP came and intervened. He got down and started chasing us so we had to throw the knife at her and run as you know if get caught what he will do. He will skin us alive. We already lost Garv to him .

I will skin you all alive, don’t sing praises of him shouted Bhero.. and how the hell did he come?. Go to the hospital and ensure she is dead. She has to die as she has seen everything.

Tell the duty doctor Rawat to ensure she is dead… but Saab,Deeraj said.

What Saab… Dr.Rawat has been moved and there is a new one and this is a lady. She has come a month back. Whaaat??? A lady uggh then its going to be easy… throw some jewels and money and ask her to shut the girls mouth.

Jee saab went the henchman along with his guys not knowing with whom he is going to deal with.

At the hospital

He was in the jeep while his assistant Ajay was at the hospital waiting at the OT.

The girl was injured near her the heart. Severe loss of blood.

Ajay! said Suraj, get the details of the girl and also about this new duty doctor. Need full details.

I need to speak to Chief Chaand too…

Abay said … I have already informed the team to check about the girl but about the Doctor???

You know about Dr. Rawat most stained hand… she being a lady will be an easy prey. And who are the guys who were following girl.Get all the details. It was dark and they were far so I could not see them he said. He took his jeep and drove….

The girl’s face was coming in front of his eyes whom he was carrying . She was gasping and was holding his collar tight…. She was softly saying powder… …He was trying to figure out when suddenly he remembered the doctor’s face… quite an arrogant one asking me not to shout. Hmm.

Ajay was filling the forms when the anesthetist Dr. Tanu came out calling Dr. Chakor all set. She walked preparing herself for the surgery…Monitor the pulse, keep the blood bank informed as there is too much of blood loss and give her belongings to the Police. She was giving instructions to the team…and Switch on the CCTV to record the surgery she said.

Ajay was baffled at the way she was giving the instructions which were not in her area of duty. She said call the general surgeon too and inform Chief. The admin guy said Dr. this is a police case so we need to wait for the Chief’s approval. She turned gave him astern look and said the patient will not wait till the approval is sought. The patient is more important to me than your procedures. Walked with a firm gait.

The admin guy could not speak anything…..oh god she just came recently but K pucca K… Ajay asked about her…

Dr. Chakor, General physician and Cardio surgeon. Just Chakor?? Chakor what….

The guy said… Inspector Ajay she is very different… She does not write her surname… She completed her MBBSfrom Delhi AIIMS with flying colours and specialized in Cardiac surgery, all on scholarship. She was offered best jobs in private hospitals but she wanted to serve at the Govt hospitals in the districts and Municipal hospitals and no nonsense lady. She had been ruthlessly transferred to more than six locations within a span of 4 years as she bends for no one. Devi to the patients but Devil to the staff when it comes to misuse or abuse of power.

Her personal??? Don’t know much but she is single and stays in the quarters within the hospital itself in the last floor. Hmmmm interesting Ajay said…not less to him….

Though a cardiac surgeon she offered herself to be as the duty doctor at any point of time. The Chief indeed has a special respect for her and knows about her.

The red light was off….

She walked out….

Ajay came to her.. Dr….. hmmm where is that inspector she asked. He is not Inspector , he is the Deputy Commissioner of Police and a special officer.

Oh ok she said no wonder he was shouting at the top of his voice (she spoke to herself). The surgery is success but she is still not out of danger. It will take atleast 48 hours for her to come to sense. The knife had been soaked with poison so the injury is quite grievous quite close to the heart but she is lucky.

Who has done this to her she asked… Ajay said we don’t know but will soon find out.

Our policemen will be here around the clock to guard so that they donot come back.

She walked to her recess room when there were two eyes watching her….

She woke up and felt the whole room rotating.. she saw the wardboy with a small surgical knife. She could not move but only her eyes was tearing.

She was walking down the corridor.

He broke through the bathroom pointing the gun….

Their eyes met…..

I hate men… especially those who run from their responsibility. I saw her die in my hands……. Her heart stopped in front of me.

I saw my dad being burnt in front of me…… I don’t want any relationship… I am a stone yes and I don’t care about any body

Then why where you down every night below her room

For the first time after many years he teared…..

Chapter II

Sowing

Who has done this to her she asked…and any information about her? Ajay said we don’t know but will soon find out.

Our policemen will be here round the clock on guard so that those guys donot come back. Fine, but please let them maintain silence and let their presence not intimidate the others…thinking to herself hope that special officer do not come and rule again. Ajay smiled to himself.. She turned to him with a questioning look, when he said Sorry, Yes Sure.

Ajay gave instructions to the constables and asked them to watch out and also to let him know if they find any suspicious movement. He was telling DCP may come any time when the ward boy passed by oh god that K Inspector hmm.He remembered the way he just picked him by his collar when he was smoking inside the hospital corridor few months ago and warned him as he was visiting the Chief.

She walked to her recess room when there were two eyes watching her standing beside the reception….

Tanu was with her.. Tanu and Chakor did their MBBS together while Chakor went ahead with Cardiology, Tanu went ahead with Anasthesia and being the native of Kanpur she was in this hospital for the past three years.

Tanu was always in touch with Chakor though Chakor never called her on her own but always responded to her calls. Chakor was giving instructions to the staff about the medicines and the schedule. She wanted half hourly update of the girls BP and cardiac functions. Half Hourly?? asked the nurse, she just said yes with a stern face. Oh god this K Doctor within one month but keeps us on pins… and don’t know Chief also listens to her hmm. She hardly smiles but don’t know from where all her smile comes when with the patients. Uggh she went in.

He was sitting on his jeep bonette and was drinking chai.. with his eyes closed a few yards away from the place he found the girl. It was a cross road at the junction.

Ajay came by and said, Suraj the girl, her name is Asha is a second year college student and her parents are in Gonda village few Kms away from Kanpur. She stays in the girls hostel alongwith two other girls. She would go to her village over the weekends along with her other two friends a boy and a girl who were studying in a different college.. Being Friday she had gone to join her friends and proceed to the bus stop to go to their village. The three were planning to leave for their village.

Where do they stay he asked. The boy stays in the Gokul Lodge while the girl stays in her college hostel. Gokul Lodge??? Asked Suraj whose lodge is that. Ajay said it is that industrialist Kabir Nath the one who has many establishments and holds a respectable status in the society… Gokul Lodge is very famous and house many students and working bachelors. Hmm said Suraj. Where are the other two Suraj asked. May be they had gone to their village said Ajay. I doubt check it out Suraj said.

As a special officer Suraj was on another case on the lookout for a goonda who had escaped from Bareilly and he was informed that he was hiding in Kanpur. While looking for him Suraj saw few thugs chasing the girl and he turned his jeep chasing the thugs who ran into the by lane…. He got off the jeep and stopped running behind them when he heard the girl shout, realizing she was been hit he ran towards her to hold her as the knife had pierced her back and he carried her to his jeep. She was loosing her conscience but was speaking feebly and Suraj could hear the word powder. He alerted the control room and Ajay and team took charge but could not catch them.

He just closed his eyes for few minutes. He just jumped down and went ahead searching the roads which was cordoned by the police looking for clues. He just looked deeper and it was a mobile phone broken…. Must be the girls phone, she must have dropped it while being chased. He gave it to Ajay. The girls face came in his eyes, powder. He said Ajay what did she mean by powder?? . He got into the jeep to move when he stopped his engine and asked well that Dr.? Ajay briefed him.. No surname ?… and changed six locations?.. his brows lifted… interesting. Be alert and have an eye on the hospital he said. He drove… arrogant though saying to himself. Head justed his left hand band and his chain which had that special pendant that of the sword. The Sword of a Kshatriya, Khatri…

What’s the mystery behind Asha….He was thinking…..Unless she opens her mouth… and where are the other two? Six locations in four years and no surname… he shook his head why am I thinking of that arrogant doctor.

The day dawned..

Asha was in ICU onobservation. Her parameters were fine. Suraj was at the hospital checking her belongings which had her one torn footwear and her small gold chain and her earrings. He looked at the footwear and gave it back. He checked if the parents were informed when he was told that their house was locked. He went to the reception and asked for Dr. Chaand and saw a book beside with a bookmark in it. It was handmade out of a simple chart paper that of a sword. His brows shrunk. By the time he could give a thought, the Chief walked to him. Officer I just was briefed by Dr.Chakor. We will ensure the best care. But Chief, Suraj said, he walked with Suraj and said in a low tone voice… I know what you worry but she is not like Dr. Rawat… Thanks he said when he turned around to see the reception desk the book was not there.

He walked into the ICU when Chakor was there looking at the reports showing her back.

He coughed entering and said How is she ? touching the medicine trolley beside Asha.

Shhhh please and can you kindly use the sanitizer there before touching anything.. and if you have a cold or cough kindly refrain coming into the ICU. She was stern.

Oh sorry he said just that but I am fine. She turned and looked at him Oh Officer its you….. she told him in soft voice. She is ok but still not back to her sense, it may take some time…

Thanks but she is a very important witness he said. Witness for you Officer but patient for me she said.

He looked at her and just walked back when he hit at the door. Be careful she said. Are you ok she asked. I am fine ….. Well ! I am Suraj Khatri, DCP and special officer...he introduced himself … Oh ! I am Dr.Chakor she said. Dr. Chakor….. ???? he asked Yes Dr. Chakor she said very firmly. He walked out of the ICU into the corridor and she looked through the small see through in the door.

The ward boy was there in the corner of the ICU corridor when Suraj called him and asked are you the one attending to Asha. He said scared haan saab. Hmmm ok keep the constables informed of her state he said. Jee saab…not well ? why are you sweating in AC his voice was just too sharp… no saab..ham teek hai… Hmm… chal…with a very very rough face. Bach gayi K Inspector pucca.

Chakor was looking through the small peep through of the ICU and was thinking Khatri…. Hmmm scaring the wardboy.

It was late evening….

Chakor went to her room to refresh, when she saw a small packet beside her room door. She looked at it. Surprised herself, I don’t have anyone to send me anything. She looked around there was none… she looked at the packet it was a small box covered and sealed in a red cloth. She went inside her room. She opened and was astonished. It had a diamond necklace with two bundles of Rs. 2000/- notes. A typed note saying. Shut the girl’s mouth. She looked at it firmly. She took the box, she called the reception asking if anyone had asked for her and sent anything. The reception replied No Dr. Chakor none had come for you. A man was standing beside the reception. He took his phone and called… Its not working… lets do it ourselves…. He said.. She took the box and asked the reception for Ajay or Khatri’s No. She tried both their numbers but Suraj couldnot be reached while Ajay’s was ringing but no response. She kept the box inside her cupboard and locked it. She told about it to Tanu who was worried terribly. Chakor please lets shift this case to the other district hospital saying we dont have enough facility when Chakor firmly said... I don't fear... I cannot leave the girl as her life is in danger. Tanu called the Chief...

It was night….

The ICU was calm, both the constables were outside the main doors of the ICU at the end of the corridor as that was the only way to go and come out of the ICU.

The nurse had checked Asha’s parameters and went to the rest room and came back and sat on her chair. The ward boy came in saying the nurse is being called by another doctor. She told the ward boy to be there while she will come back immediately.

Chakor was walking down the corridor with many thoughts…it’s a day completed though Asha was clinically ok but she was not showing any sign of movement. She was expecting her to atleast roll her eyes if not any other development…..Ajay was calling her but her phone was on silent mode.

The ICU lights were flickering and she was wondering what was happening… she was walking towards the ICU….

Ashas eyes were slowly opening..she felt the whole room rotating circling around. she could not move but she could see blurringly someone rotating and moving towards her.

The ward boy was in the corner of the room with the small surgical knife in his hand was walking towards the bed.

He was close to the bed tube when Chakor tried opening the door…

It opened and she saw the wardboy back, what are you doing? Where is the nurse she asked.. the ward boy didnot answer when she saw another guy who was standing near the bathroom door pointing a gun at her…

The gun fired…… she yelled running to the bed…..

He caught hold of her hands…pulling her close. With stern face… Arrogant Lady can you just shut up and get into the jeep….. pushing her….

You are a Devil she shouted,tears were rolling.

He just drove his jeep… Stop else I will jump she said

Jump Jump Jump Now he shouted……she saw the sword pendent, she froze

It was a dark room, they both were tied together…. They were dazed….. not knowing what was happening to them.

We don’t know where our children are cried the parents at the police station.

Chapter 3 (A)

Watering

At the ICU

The ward boy was close to the bed near the oxygen tube when Chakor tried opening the door…

It opened and she saw the wardboy’s back, what are you doing? Where is the nurse she asked.. the ward boy didnot turn or answer. She saw another guy who was standing near the bathroom door pointing a gun at her and another at Asha.

The guy had masked his face. Who are you ?she shouted.

She saw the masked man being hit by a bullet on his shoulder from her behind and the masked man shot the wardboy…. He turned back ran inside the bathroom and jumped quickly through the window.

She yelled running towards the bed and hugged Asha. Asha opened her eyes looking at Chakor and closed her eyes immediately and her parameters where shooting abnormally due to the trauma….

Chakor just could not understand what happened.. the nurse and other staff ran to the ICU along with the police constables hearing the gun shots. Hugging Asha she lifted her head to see the door….

It was Suraj with his gun…..He shouted ..Ajay….follow the masked guy from the back of the ICU he spoke on his walkie talkie aloud… turning to Chakor…move her to another room. He ran towards the entrance.

Ajay was outside and ran hearing Suraj on the walkie talkie towards the backside while the masked guy jumped on to the motorbike which was revving and waiting for him. They both fled away.

Ajay was fretting for missing them but fired few more bullets at them.

Suraj was fuming, banging his pistol on his thighs.

They informed the control room and they walked back to the hospital.

Asha went into comatose stage due to the trauma… Chakor and the Chief were treating her.

Suraj looked at the Chief and said.. We need to be more careful and she must be on 24 hours vigilance. Is there a safer room?

He looked at Chakor and asked… you ok? Yes she said but how did you come?

He didnot answer her but just walked away asking about the ward boy.

Ajayfollowed him…

Can’t he answer me? Am I non existent? Devil! she said to herself. Tanu came running hearing everything. Chakor are you fine…how is Asha?

I am ok,but Asha has gone into trauma … she was worried.

But Tanu how did he come?….Chakor asked… Who? asked Tanu. That Officer, the Devil (softly within herself)… I was not able to reach both of them…. Tanu smiled a bit and said well he has another name by our staff … what? the K Inspector… matlab…. The Chief called them to his cabin by then.

Chakor walked in after ensuring Asha was put to proper rest and on anti trauma IV fluids.

How did you… Chakor asked?

Where is the box given to you Suraj asked…. Its in my room she said, looking at Tanu…

Tanu nodded yes.

A small fb

Chakor why do you want to get into trouble again and again. Lets move this case to another govt.hospital. You have already been transferred so many times. Don’t stake your life. Said Tanu.

No, her life is in danger and I am used to these and I fear none said Chakor and there is no one to worry about me too. Tanu chuckled. She was calling Ajay and Suraj from the hospital landline as she never uses her mobile and does not want anyone to know her number.

Tanu quickly called the Chief who in turn called Suraj and briefed him.

Suraj was already nearby as he was having his own doubts about the ward boy.

Ajay saw the missed call from the hospital, he called Tanu who gave Chakor’s mobile no after much deliberation and he called her only not to be answered.

Anticipating trouble Suraj had walked in to the ICU and was behind Chakor when she opened the door. Seeing the masked man aiming at Chakor and at Asha he aimed at him.

The Chief’s cabin

The wardboy, how can he do like that she said … and why was he killed? Chakor asked.

The Chief was perplexed. He could not do anything as the appointments of the staffs were done through the recruitment exams by the centre and the hospitals have no control over their background checks.

Ajay said,he was killed so that he does not reveal anything if caught. He would have been asked to cut the oxygen tube but he didn’t as you were there so the masked guy wanted to shut you and Asha but…..as Suraj was there he couldn’t do….…. We need to check about the wardboy she said.

Suraj said its no use as these are just arrows who will not be given much information… they will be lured with money that’s it. The constable called Ajay and told that there was a huge money packet in the ward boy’s room and his mobile has no details all erased. Hmm that’s evident….

She brought her packet and gave it to Ajay who put it inside a sealed cover to check for fingerprints. Chakor quickly said but I did touch and open it.

Suraj just looked at her… You should not have with a stern face.

He wished the chief bye and walked away with Ajay instructing the constables and asking for more to secure the backside too. Asha was shifted to the first floor.

The evil was shouting in anger.

Again failed…. He kicked Deeraj who was already wounded due to the bullet from Suraj and was being treated by their doctor who was sweating in fear.

And that lady doctor, who is she?? He was briefed about her. So we have two Khatras to handle… he raged…

He walked to the underground of his bungalow which lead into another passage leading to a room.

It was a dark room, It was now over three days….

He saw the two… the boy and the girl tied together…. They were blindfolded and hands and legs tied. They were dazed….. not knowing what was happening to them.

Again Deeraj! you got the most useless ones. They are too new and lost their sense too quickly. Just throw them down the river before they come to senses. Are you sure they did not see anything. No boss they were walking to the bus stop and at the lonely lane we picked them comatizing them.. only that third girl we did not anticipate he scratched his head.

Hmm I will take care but that devil is there so lets cool for a day.. Keep a watch at the doctor. And be careful that nothing goes to his ears…. No No he will not know…

He kicked the two…. The thugs covered them in a sack and carried them to the van.

They drove in the dark and threw the sacks into the river not realizing the rope tied around the mouth of the sacks have opened. Both the sacks rolled down to the river. The dhobi at the banks saw the two sacks. He called out those nearby who were washing the laundry and ran towards the rolling sacks..

The Gonda village

The parents of the boy and the girl were worried as their son and their daughter who come home for the weekend had not turned and also their phones were not reaching. It was already Monday they went to their local thana and gave a complaint.

The local thana informed the control room and message was spread to Kanpur as they studied there.

Chapter 3 B

Watering still………………..

Asha was moved to a special room on the first floor and was on 24*7 vigilance. Only Chakor, another senior trusted nurse,Tanu and the Chief were allowed to attend to her. The room was under cctv surveillance and curtains were drawn when she was dressed.

Due to the trauma she went into a comatized state, but her parameters were slowly improving.

The Gokul Lodge

He walked in his jeans and plain black T with a back pack to the Gokul lodge. I need a room for couple of days he said at the reception. He was asked to show his ID proof and also his work letter if any as he could not be judged as a student.

He produced all documents which showed his name Aditya…

He very casually enquired about the boy stating he had referred him to stay there as the lodge was very good but did not come to pick him from the bus stop. They said he left for the village and refused to divulge any information as it was confidential. There was a big photo of Kabir Nath. A very simple looking gentleman with a pleasant smile. He had been letting the lodge at very nominal rates. He has many establishments and many businesses but he never visits the lodge.

He was taken around the lodge. The ground floor had the reception and the visitors lounge. There was an office room beside. It was a simple, neat lodge with good sanitation facility. It had three floors with 15 small rooms in each floor and common washrooms in the corner of the corridors of every floor. The stairs were well lit and also had a lift. The ground was very vast with trees around and bushes through and fenced.

At quite a distance there was a small outhouse and was locked. It looked like the old furniture and mattresses were stocked there before being discarded. It was not lit and was very dark. He went towards the outhouse when the lodge manager said.. its an old outhouse and not used. The fence had two gates, one was the regular one and the one behind the outhouse, which was chained and locked as not in use.

He was taken to the room on the third floor and given the keys and said the master key will be with the office. The dos and donts were mentioned especially no alcohol and smoking. He stayed there for sometime locked the room and went down.

Suraj was on his jeep and was thinking about the girl and the word powder… what powder ??talcum powder and why was there a sword as the book mark.. whose book was it???…he was surprised as why suddenly he remembered the sword. She is too bold did not fear even at the gun pointing to her… She ran to save Asha inspite of her life at stake. Why no surname??

Ajay walked to him. Any luck with the lodge he asked.. Not yet… I will go again late night and check he said.

But you have to sleep… its already three days now and you have not even gone to your quarters. You worry about the girl but more so about the Dr.

Suraj looked up Dr??? what nonsense??…

If it’s nonsense then why are you down every night below her room at the dark side of the hospital. He could not answer. Yes why am I here?? Why I don’t want anything to happen to her?? He saw the lights switch off at her room…

Ajay got the information that there were two persons at the riverside in a very dazed state.

The two were admitted in a different hospital. Ajay was there to enquire with his team as Suraj had gone to the Gokul lodge…

They were not in sense and were very disoriented. They were put through various tests which was bringing out shocking results.

It was morning and it was Chakor’s off, she wanted to go to the mall nearby and informed the Chief and went ahead……

He called the hospital and checked about Asha and also asked about the Arrogant Lady when he was told that she had gone out as it was her off and Chief is with Asha.

He got a bit agitated…He got ready and was about to make a call when the control room called and told him that news… he just grabbed his guns and drove fast his jeep.

It was the mall…

There were quite a lot of people going about.

She came to the centre of the mall only to realise there was a hue and cry and confusion and all the people were literally fearing and shouting.

There was a tall guy looking like a goonda who was holding Ajay at the knife point. She got shocked. Ajayyyyy she came running towards him and stopped… The guy was huge with a big jacket on him and was literally scaring all the police around. Move move else I will kill him…Call your that Officer the Encounter Specialist....

She ran and stood on the side as the police stopped her when she saw the Devil ramming his jeep's brakes, opening the door while on motion, doubling up the steps to the centre with rage and holding his gun towards the goonda….

By the time there were many police vans and ambulance stationed and the police were clearing the people. Cordoning the mall and specifically the central area.

Suraj shouted.. surrender yourself…. Kasib… don’t die like Garv … Kasib was the thug who had escaped from Bareilly and Suraj was chasing him when he diverted to save Asha. The thug shouted, badla lengey. Aaaoo! you think you are a big Police Officer … You killed my friend in the name of encounter … see I am going to kill your man… pointing the knife at Ajay’s chest. Suraj quickly noticed that he was holding Ajay with his right along with the knife and his left hand was on his jacket packet. Chakor saw this and was jittering…

Surrender Kasib he shouted again. Noo… I am going to kill him in front of your eyes like you did to my friend he said…. Suraj just looked deep into Ajay’s eyes who was standing still …. There was chaos and confusion. Ajay just looked at Suraj with his hands in air.

Suraj lifted his right gun, Down your guns Officer, I will kill your man.. Kasib shouted.

You need not kill I will …In a fraction of seconds before anyone could realise…Suraj quickly shot Ajay on his right shoulder blade with his right gun and shot Kasib straight at his temple with his left and a second shot quickly on his shoulder down so he left the string attached to his jacket. The police rained him with bullets while Ajay slid down in pool of blood to his left holding the knife along with Kasib’s hand .. ….

She screeched Noo…………. Ajayyyy…pushing the police officer she started to run to him when Suraj turned around and saw her…he ran to her…

You are ruthless….. she screamed…. how can you shoot your man…. …. Hey listen… he was trying to hold her. He came trusting you….You are a Devil.

He caught hold of her hands…pulling her close. With stern face…Shut up he said. She was hysterical non stop hitting his chest. You heartless how can you kill Ajay. I can if I have to save all here he said. How can you she teared and shouted holding his collar, you killed your own deputy.

Arrogant Lady can you stop… just shut up and get into the jeep…..dragging her, she was refusing, within no seconds he just lifted her ran down to his jeep pushing her inside... There was too much chaos but the ambulance went fast taking Ajay and another group was taking care of Kasib….

You are a Devil she shouted, tears were rolling.

He just drove his jeep… His walkie talkie was nonstop and he was giving them instructions while trying to hold her……

Stop else I will jump she said trying to grab his hands…

She grabbed his uniform collar which gave way and she saw the sword pendent, she froze..

They drove a longway to a river side and the jeep screeched to stop… he got down and got a call and he calmed..

He gave her water.. she just threw it and went down crying… sitting on the stone.

The Saplings..

She threw the water….. crying sitting on the stone…shouting at him…she cried and suddenly raises her voice. Anger, hate, shock all were just encircling her…

He just stood like a rock…

She was on and on… How can you do this…. … do you know what is being all alone…. You are a devil, Yes you are stone hearted..He was your responsibility…. You are a man, men have no heart…. No wonder I hate men…Do you know how hard it is to see a person dying and you just saw without any emotions…. Wah Police Officer you are amazing . she felt disgusted. I hate you not that I ever liked you….

He came trusting you? How can you take his life… Do you know the life’s worth, these words were resounding in him….

He could not take it further… he had been accused by many as being hard but he never felt bad or even gave a hoot but, today he felt bad. Bad as she was shouting at him. His heart was feeling hurt for the first time after many many years.

Stooppp he shouted…Stopp now…. I know …………….he shouted… I know what is being alone… I haveseen someone dying….. leave alone dying,charred to death in my hands as he was my weakness…

They took his life in front of me and I could not do anything…. I was also immobilized… they burned him, charred him to death.

I have stayed away alone with all pains. I turned away lone to be with the criminals to weed them out of the society. I have none to worry about me. I don’t wish to have any too as I don’t want any weakness.

Papaaa……walked the young man, handsome, tall, well built, with sharp nose and shrewd eyes. His physic was one to fall for. Long legs and toned packs with close cut hair fit to call him the cadet who completed his Indian Police Service training after his professional engineering in mechatronix with flyingcolours. A rank holder. He was already trained in martial arts and No. in Rifle shooting for his perfect aim never fails. His smile was one to get lost into…..

Suraj Khatri, the only son of Mr. Pankaj Khatri. True the father brought up all alone showering his love as a father and mother to his only son who lost his mother at his very early age. As the norm for those wealthy ones there were many who wanted to marry the rich Khatri but had own restrictions to mother the young Khatri though did not reveal during the second marriage talks. He stopped everyone saying he is the father and the mother for his Son…and he need none. The Kshatriya as per his clan was a businessman with Lock Industry and good in making antique pieces for the rich, aesthetic families and Hotel industries. He used to visit the capital city Delhi regularly and always halts at Gaziabad for a day or two to complete his business needs and approvals as he was a law abiding citizen and very popular with the Taj Groups of Hotel industry which had revived the palaces in the northern princely states. He was making them special antique pieces of the Rajputs and historical clans.

An avid agriculturist he was into cultivation but trusted it with his administrators who were taking care of the yields.

He helped many with regards to their needs and one person he helped personally without divulging the details or telling anyone even to his administrators and was priding in the success of the person. He waited for that person to complete the professional course when his Prince will also complete and walk in that starched Uniform with chin held high.

Everything was going fine and he had identified a princess for his prince though without both their knowledge.

He was returning after a major meeting with the agriculture department on his way to Aligarh with a very shocking news….He was returning in his car when he was overtaken and hit by a big container lorry, while the police jeep behind was speeding towards and hit the tree beside….

He got down the jeep, to see the car in front of him go up in flames and he ran.

Papaaa ……Surajjjjj shouted .... the father came down the car crawling slowly with flames on his back. Papa whats this ...what happened, First lets go to the hospital..... he continued....I heard that our lands have been confiscated for growing Marijuana… How is that even possible?? Who has done this…. Why did not you tell me. He was trying to call the ambulance. palpitating.

Suraj…he said listen..I trusted the administrators with the lands, but, for the greed of money they had subleased it to grow the poppy and other drug plants. I never knew till the agriculture dept told me. Knowing me they quickly found the culprits and nabbed them, but unfortunately as the lands are in my name they are being confiscated. They followed me and dropped something on the car.

Beta I am innocent he cried…. papa… lets go to the hospital he said but there was no vehicle to take him. He carried him on his shoulders when two of the thugs of the perpetrator came in a car and hit him and pierced his ribs with a rod. He shot them but they held him and asked him to sign the documents pertaining to the business and antique industry. They were holding his father who was already half burned, pouring more of petrol on him. He was about to sign as they knew that his father was his weakness. His father cried asking him not to sign the documents and asking him to come over his weakness and be strong. But he could not see his father suffer more and was about to sign the same when the police squad came there as his walkie talkie was giving out signals. They were caught but one of them in frustration threw a lighted matches on the father.

Due to the petrol he was again blazing… crying in pain…

Suraj listen to me Pankaj said. I have no time. All I have to say is you see your sword pendant. Be like that, Be sharp, don’t have any weakness, don’t fear, stay strong and if at all you fall for weakness turn that into your strength. The second team of police with the ambulance was on the way…. But….it was too late... He was breathing his last.

Suraj….My Son… be that Kshatriya…..before breathing last, he smiled… I want to say something… the person who has the sword is the one who can Lock you…I found that person for you… .that one without………….. his eyes stood still…..he was completely charred …. Charred in his hands.. he saw his life to leave the world…. Suraj’s hands also was getting hot due to the heat.

Noooo pappaaaa he cried and then he froze in shock… he lost his consciousness completely due to the blood loss and the grevious wound on his rib.

When he woke up in the hospital bed it was already two months. He identified his few friends and made them as CEOs of his various businesses with he as the prime one and created a Trust to continue the good deeds of his father.

He turned himself rigid and went ahead to specialize in commando training and turned into encounter specialist. He completely forgot about the sword or about the person without… as the years passed it was nearly 8 years he forgot everything. He was too busy to gear up himself to weed those parasites of the society ruthlessly. He forgot to smile, to love or even to talk with compassion as he was looking at everyone with the eye of the Devil. He became emotionless as he feared to show his emotions as he did not want any weakness. Every one was either a criminal or a victim. He had no ordinary person in his life

The only person whom he had was Ajay….

He bent his head and cried closing his face, he cried after years…. he was surprised as he felt a bit light. It was the first time after the gruesome incident that he shed tears and he shared something with someone for he felt like sharing.

She cried…looking at him. she took the bottle and gave him the water. Drink please she said. she could not believe that she was soft to him.

He drank. He wanted to dissolve all his sorrow in that water and drink it off completely.

He looked at her…. unbelievable to his own ears he asked with compassion Why do you hate men….…??? Whose heart stopped!!! Why so many transfers?

This goes behind long years….

She was in her 8th std… wanted to study well, fly high…

Born in a poor family, her mother Ahalya worked in the Guest House which welcomed many rich and government officials during their holidays and business visits.

She was middle aged frail and used to take care of everything right from cooking till managing the rooms.

Her husband…… rather the father of her daughter a man who wanted her for his physical needs, seldom realized she was a living being, had a heart which was weak. He was after her earnings but never had a sweet talk or feelings to his daughter…..

Chakor… called her mom she was feeling very weak… holding her heart, she was palpitating… Maai… the little one ran she did not know much but all she knew was her mom is not well and the one fathered her did not bother about her. Chakor please can you just sweep the rooms today, kaaka has not come (he was there to do the top work) and I need to prepare the food for the guests.

Haan Maai,I will do that and go to school she said…. she ran she when she came across the father and she just ignored him though she did not understand much but knew he wanted mom’s earnings and scolded her for falling sick and was cursing that she gave birth to a daughter….

He shouted…what happened to you? Always falling sick? You are of no use to me…

Ahalya grined in pain holding her chest but quickly gulped some warm water with ajwain thinking it is gastric and coiled for sometime and got up to do her work. Her health was becoming weak…

It was the guesthouse which Pankaj Khatri stayed during his travel to Delhi. He was always taken care of by Ahalya. It was a rainy day when Pankaj was returning back when his car got punctured. He was walking towards the Guest House while his driver was trying to fix the car. The lights were so glaring that heskid over a stone and was about to fall on to the road which saw a speeding lorry coming towards him. Ahalya who was going out for errands saw him and quickly pulled him to the side of the road and in due course she got hurt in her hip.

They both managed to get up and she helped him while herself limped to the Guest House. The doctor was called who treated Pankaj and saw Ahalya. He was the local Dr and asked Ahalya how she was and why she has not come to the dispensary for checkups. She smiled. Pankaj thanked her for her selfless act in saving his life staking hers. She just smiled again and walked to mind her work.

Pankaj asked the dr. about Ahalya when he was given the shocking news that she is a severe heart patient and has terrible blocks and was not taking care due to her economical condition and her husband was too bad.

Pankaj called Ahalya and told that he will take care of her medical treatment while she refused saying that will add to the woes as her husband will suspect and harm her more. All she requested with folded hands was the following:

Saab I don’t want anything but if you feel like please help my daughter who wants to study… He immediately accepted and said he will take care of her studies personally and sponsored Chakor’s education and promised not to reveal himself due to the fear that the father might harm them both.

He went off to Aligarh and as there was no need he did not visit Ghaziabad after that as he was getting his work done over mails and phones with the advance of technology,least he realized that she was counting her last days. But, he ensured Chakor’s education was taken care and was very happy in monitoring her progress.

Chakor was sponsored privately and she never knew who it was though she would always get a bookmark every year at the end of the academics with a sword drawn on it and a small lock drawn below. The little girl was greedy to study but at the sametime was hit with the cruel reality of her ruthless father and the way her mother was ignored, treated badly. How are you making your daughter study?Where from you are getting the money? He would beat her. She would refuse saying anything other that an NGO from Delhi was sponsoring. He went there but could not get any info.

Ahalya’s health deteriorated terribly. She could not go to work nor get up from her bed and she was admitted to the local municipal hospital which seldom had any facility to treat her cardiac problem. The doctor there tried his best but could not help much.

Chakor passed her 12th in flying colours… she came running home to see her mother who had been discharged as there was no use being in the hospital. Maai I passed I have come first in the district. I want to become a Doctor. I will treat you Mai. I will save you mai…. The girl was all happy…Ahalya was in pain… she ran to her and took her in her arms, maai maai please look at me. She saw her mother in excruciating pain. She said Chakor please I am going to die but please promise me that you will study well, donot leave your studies. He will take care of your studies… for your sponsor is……. She could not talk more she held her chest, laying her head on Chakor’s lap. Maaaaaaai , she held in her hands her wrist, slowly realized the pulse was going down and finally stopped, completely..

She saw her mother’s heart stop beating, that heart which beat for her, which wanted her to fly high… stopped its rhythm as it succumbed to the pain.

She froze….Everything went past in a jiffy.. She went to her school office which asked her to sign the MBBS entrance form. She pleaded them to say who was her sponsor. They could not as the sponsor would pay the fees for the whole term in one shot and never gave any details. The father who had left them away and went off not to return but came back once after her death. Chakor refused to see him for she hated him, hated the only man she had known who was cruel to her mother, left her to die, shunned the responsibility to take care of them.

On knowing about Ahalya’s death through the Municipal doctor, Pankaj wanted to meet Chakor but he got the information that the estranged father was troubling the school to know about Chakor’s Sponsor.

Fearing he might trouble him and Chakor he refrained from coming in the forefront.

The school authorities too were not able to contact Pankaj, as they did not have his name but only the book mark which will be dropped in the school post box addressed to her.

After much deliberation, they accepted her without a surname as she had topped the district and the women rights groups raised flag.

Course : MBBS.

Her college fees for the four years along with her hostel fees was paid in one shot by Pankaj.

She studied well, studied with a zeal, with that rage. She topped in every subject, raised a wall around her. Forgot social life and all she was friendly was with her books, her thesis, submitting papers…. End of every year she would get the chart paper bookmark with the sword drawn with a small lock beneath. (this was drawn personally by Pankaj)

It was her fourth year, she stood first in AIIMS. She wanted to pursue her MS in Cardiology and Cardiac surgery.

That time came that shock… her fees to enroll into her MS was not paid. That year she did not get her book mark too… She could not understand what happened to her sponsor. She did not know whom to approach too. The institution told that the sponsor has not sent any information or book mark.

She was shocked, frozen, somebody who was taking the responsibility of educating her has stopped suddenly without giving a reason. But, being the topper from the same institution and based on her credits she was offered scholarship and she started her classes and taking classes for her juniors in the evening to manage her living expense along with her specialization.

She qualified as a Cardiac Surgeon with flying colours.

It was a gala function with all the family members of the students to see their wards take that prestigious scroll of certificate, but for one. She was alone all alone….with no one to applaud her or smile when she took that certificate..

The college Registrar read the name.

Dr. Chakor…. Hereby conferred the Masters in Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery. Gold medalist.

She walked up to the stage with her plain face…. Holding the book mark to herself, talking to the sword… thank you for bringing me to this level. I don’t know who you are but I thank you from my heart for making me fly this high. I cannot blame you for not sponsoring me for this too but I would have been happy if you had made me knows the reason as to why you suddenly shunned the responsibility.

Holding the certificate she remembered her Mother, looked up with tears in her eyes and spoke to herself, Mai…I promise that I will do my best to serve those poor who are treated at the Govt.hospitals.. To the best of my service I will not allow a heart to stop for lack of medical care….

She was offered in many private hospitals but she choose to work in the district and municipal hospitals. It was not a bed of roses as she was tossed due to the political and bureaucratic pressures of resisting to manipulating reports, voicing out when she finds wrong doings or raise against wrong treatments. The result was her change of locations within four years to six places but she did not bother about anything.

She drew her walls around so that none could approach her, she never wanted to tag anybody’s name along with her. She was Dr. Chakor without any surname…….and wanted to remain that way…. The only person who was with her was Dr. Tanu…………………………..(but not even Tanu know about her past)

She cried….I don’t trust men, especially those who run away from responsibility…. Those who breaks the trust….

Both the hurt souls looked at each other……………..slowly realizing the past years of agony….

They both sat quiet trying to understand how they had been tangled into.

The first shoot………..

She cried….I don’t trust men, especially those who run away from responsibility…. Those who breaks the trust….

Both the hurt souls looked at each other……………..slowly realizing the past years of agony….

They both sat quiet trying to understand how they had been tangled into a puzzle.

Coming totheir senses, unknowingly both extended their hands when for the first time their hands met.

It was very silent….

The day was growing dark…

They did not know how to react or act…

But one thing was clear that without their knowledge or willingness their lives had been silently tangled.

So… that bookmark which I saw in the hospital is yours??… He asked breaking the silence.

I could not see it completely then, can I see it…..hmmm she said very softly.

She always carried a book in her bag wherever she goes.. in all the chaos she did not leave her tote which she was carrying which had fallen in the jeep.

She went up and brought it and gave it to him… he held it very preciously with his left,going over the drawing with his right…the drawing drawn by his father… he held it close to his heart with tears rolling.. slowly kissing it…

He slowly said looking at the drawing……my father did not shun his responsibility, neither I, as I did not know about this, about your education……….. she extended her hand to hold the drawing while he lifted the drawing and unintentionally their hands collided…. To avoid dropping the drawing both held it when their hands held each other holding the drawing. The first spark came about. Just few hours back he grabbed her head and she held his collar and he indeed lifted her but nothing evoked any emotions… but now……

Neither she is a teenager nor he to have an adreline rush. It was indeed serene for few moments. If not anything, there was an air of friendliness, a sense of comfort in that hold.

They quickly got back moving back their hands… she asked but why the lock? Too many things going through their minds.

Lock is our prime business and as my father wanted or felt you……… urr…..me……. us…..no …yess…. but…. He could not complete the sentence..

Both looked up with tears…. She said… I am sorry for I thought… she gulped…but thanks to him but for him I would not have come this far..……….. she felt very emotional…He quickly he came to his natural self… its ok he said… but you fought your battle all alone…. And you too she said.

But….suddenly she asked… Ajay???

Oh god!! my phone is dead…. so is mine… both looked at their phones which did an excellent role of switching off so that they could switch on.

Suraj Sir Come in ….. Suraj sir…please come in!!! the walkie talkie was beeping….. he heard it as their minds were calm. He quickly grabbed it. Yes Suraj here, Roger… I am coming…

The next moment they just hopped into the jeep…

The jeep which carried the Khadoosh Jodi was carrying back the Khatraa Jodi…

They didnot talk much as both were into many emotions… they could not lay their hands on it to say yes this is it…..both were feeling relieved…. as though their burden had been drifted down.

He was talking on the walkie talkie while she just was holding the bookmar kunknowingly soothing the lock beneath where he was holding, looking at him lost in his face but quickly lowered her head.

It wasbreezy and for few minutes she closed her eyes in calmness when he turned to look at the left mirror and his eyes fell on that face. For the first time he took few minutes to see her, with the strands of hair on her face. He did loose himself but quickly came to his sense…

The jeep screeched into the hospital, both ran inside to the special room..

The doctors were looking at the reports with bewilderment.

Tanu camerunning to Chakor …where were you? Where did you go?….

How is Ajay…she asked.

She took them to the special room..

Ajay was onthe bed, with a bandage.

He opened his eyes and smiled at Suraj…..

The Dr got into her action, quickly checking him for the vital parameters. He was indeed good. She was surprised, for what had happened he was really good. She saw his shoulder which was bandaged and put on a sling.

The Chief walked in…he is fine.. he will be perfect for some physio after a week. The bullet had removed the flesh on top of his shoulder blade and breezed through.. No fracture.. just loss of blood. Looking at Suraj he said, Officer I must appreciate your calculation and your aim was perfect not above nor below.

Chakor was indeed surprised as for the magnitude of the chaos Ajay was indeed with a bit heavy bruise and nothing fatal. She looked at him while Suraj was calm going to Ajay.

I am sorry he said…that too firm no emotions…(well that’s he, the Devil Officer)…………. Ajay smiled…holding his hands he said, please … Suraj I trust you……

but…. Suraj said…

When you trust someone you don’t question them!!! And I knew when you looked into me I knew you were calculating Kasib…said Ajay.. They hugged. His hug was so mechanical… Thank you… get well soon! I cannot wait long…

Yes Sir..Ajay said!

But how ? Chakor asked looking at him. Ajay said Suraj knew that Kasib will try to take revenge so I fell prey to him. He had the motto to kill me before Suraj and blow himself up as he was having a bomb fixed to him as he knew if Suraj catches him he will skin him alive like that was done to Garv. Chakor scrunched her face…

Suraj continued….so yes when I saw him holding Ajay with the same hand along with his knife unlike holding with one and aiming with other, I knew there was more than killing Ajay as his left hand was inside the jacket pocket so it was evident it would trigger a bomb killing many innocent lives there in the mall. So to save many I had to shoot Ajay.

What happened you did not come yesterday asked the lodge manager to Aditya.. kuch kaam so stayed at work. He went up to his room on the third floor and was looking down.. through his window.

It was calm he took the cover from his back pack and saw it. It was the other footwear of Asha which he found near the fence. So she has come to the lodge but what happened

He wore his hooded jacket covered himself and went down once all slept. He saw a room locked at the basement near the lift of the lodge.

It was dark, he slowly went around the fence towards the out house..

He went inside the outhouse by pushing rattling one of the closed windows… it was very old shabby and had all the old furnitures and broken stuff with full of cobwebs and a staircase leading underground. He saw footsteps on the dusty stair. Tiptoeing he followed the footsteps and he reached to a room which made his eyes grow wide. He looked around grasping everything. The room was big with nice interiors and with a big bed in the centre…the false ceiling was lit with many focus lights. He saw something glittering and he quickly picked it . It was a gold cufflink. Avery expensive one.

The room had another door opposite side…He tried to switch on his mobile and to capture a pic but could not as some signal was interfering his phone.. He heard few voices so he quickly returned back to the outhouse and came back to the lodge to his room and during the dawn went to the hospital.

He came to see the Chief to check about Asha…

Hey thanks …. That’s a good clue… they came to sense and quickly released their entwined fingers…

He got upto leave when he got a call from an unknown number… Officer…she called. He turned. That’s my mobile number she said very softly.. incase you want to call…. His brows lifted …. I meant if you want to check about Ajay or Asha. He nodded… thanks… Saved it as AL. She saved as DO.. She had noted his number when she was calling from the hospital landline earlier.

He got into his mode of thinking….He replayed what he saw at the outhouse but could not get the hang but for sure something to do with drugs.

He got a call from the control room saying the boy and girl admitted are gaining consciousness but are not remembering what had happened to them.

What is it she asked….

If what I think is true then I will for sure kill everyone who are behind it, he said.

One of the media guy with a red cap along with the cameraman was capturing everything. Kabir said he was shocked that a resident of his lodge has got into drugs which is a parasite to the society. Kabir came along with two others who supported that we should raise against drugs.

Suraj’s quarters

The day had been quite fine for him….

Suraj never been in any house other than his palatial one in Aligarh. He carries his things in few suitcases and is always on the move depending on the case he handles. Though he can take a base office, so far he had not and when things are calm which is very rare he stays in Aligarh to oversee the Lock business and the antique one along with the friends though he was always cautious due to the earlier incidence. The lands which were confiscated were given back but the marijuana and other plants were burnt hence the lands were not fertile so it was kept aside as the agricultural dept was taking care of it in doing the plant cycling to bring back the fertility.

Too many thoughts… when he suddenly remembered the cufflink… He was just looking at it. It was made of gold with an inscription. The typical ones which are worn by the rich higher status zamindars. He remembered his father wearing the same and had his name inscribed along with the goldsmith initials engraved at the inside of the cufflinks, orbe it any jewellery. Every coat, sherwani or any dress of his had the samecufflink.

The cufflink had engraved on it in a calligraphy style..and it took a bit of time for him to figure it out as B N . he felt as though he had seen it somewhere. He tried to recollect and suddenly he ran to his suitcase and took out that small antique box which had his fathers ring, cufflinks but one was different and a chain which he always carried along with him along with Pankaj Khatri’s picture. He had taken from the place of the accident where he was brutally beaten by the perpetrators.

He saw the cufflink when one was very similar, he just compared it with the few in the box and found the exact similar one… His eyes grew red realising the owner of the cufflink indeed had a hand in his fathers gruesome murder. Who is it…?? He changed to his T thinking.

He got a call and was about to leave when his phone vibrated AL with a message.

A sudden gush of happiness… but at the same time His mind was telling him that she is informing him as she felt indebted, while his heart remembered the scene she was seeing him through the window which he noticed through his mirror while getting into his jeep.

She smiled at the reply from DO while she was getting ready to go to the district library as she normally refers to various subject books and also likes the calmness as she has no other place to go. She said hi…you here she asked. His eyes fixed on her as she was in a simple salwar unusual to the cotton saree with her Dr. Coat she is in normally in and was looking serene and beautiful.

A gentle smile, I just kept you informed as you wanted to… but a sense of happiness as she realized indeed he is concerned about her, but is it because … she shoved the thought.

He was about to say something when a young girl selling the bands came running to them… baiyaa app dhono premi hai. NO both told in Unison looking at each other a bit embarrassed.. happa …Acha thodost haina.. baanlo dosti ka patti .. both were looking at each other not knowing what to do, when the girl said…lo....He took the bands… one in blue and one in Pink with a simple Just Friends… and paid the money. He kept in his hands when she took the blue one and tied around his right hand and showed her wrist… he very happily very carefully tied around her right wrist ..both had a sense of satisfaction and a little of tear, both said Friends and had a warm gentle handshake… and smiled. This is my first he said and she said Me too.

But why did you come she asked when his voice just turned firm.. well its still not safe for you to out alone , and my quarters is closeby …but.. she said……. just then a bike sped fast very close beside her making him pull her closer to him. God how is he everywhere.…

But…. indeed there was a bike around the corner looking at them…. a guy with his helmet covering his face completely.

She just closed her eyes holding his shoulder and slowly opened to see him still holding her. You ok he asked. His face showed panic... Hmm yes… they realized their closeness and just came to their sense and got into the jeep.

He dropped her at the hospital and waited till she went inside the building.

He also has various business and some of the business of his, his brother Bhero Nath takes care and he has international business too. He takes care of the lodge business completely.

He also deals in spices too and generally buys lands in the interiors as Kanpur is a city and does not have fertile lands. Intelligence says he has some underground dealings too but he hides in the skin of his brother and there is no proof too to prove it.

His eyes was going red….fisting himself… those cufflinks and lands, something was hitting him.

He spoke to the narcotics dept Chief who had called him earlier to inform about the boy and the girl’s blood report.

Suraj reiterated the media present that they are fine and they donot remember nor can identify anybody or anything and so they are being sent to their village soon.

Kabir Nath was very upset that the goodwill of Gokul Lodge has been put to stake as the boy stayed there, the name had been making rounds on social media and on TV channels. He turned to his brother and said Bhero it is very sad, how is that you are not aware of this. Bhero said, We have many lodges and many staying, though we ask for their ID proof etc and lay rules not to drink or smoke but still the younger generation are bad. He did not want Kabir to suspect any foul.Hmm he said I will tell Deeraj to be more strict, spoke the Evil.

Kabir left but said…henceforth I will also visit the lodges and help you out. He was very very upset. This brought the shade of dark on Bhero and Deeraj’s face.

Bhero turned to Deeraj and said, it will be disaster if brother knows and then he will start digging things. Deeraj do something fast… what happened to Asha..Deeraj said she is still in Coma not to worry, she will not wake up… ok but this Officer is like sniffer dog.. he will sniff and find out things.

Bhero said Deeraj ask the boys to quickly move stuff and change place as Kabir may visit the lodge and also the international clients are asking for more videos, new ones, so we have to do things fast.. there are now too many stringent laws so we need to go deep into the rural to acquire land she said… and also ensure the lands are from those poor farmers and not any popular persons. Dheeraj gave instructions to his thugs and along with another quickly got on the white van to the hospital. Few others went to the lodge…..

Asha wokeup slowly but again fell unconscious…Ajay and Tanu was there beside.

Chakor was running to the gate to see the man fallen holding his chest. She called aloud get the stretcher. She was checking him holding his pulse when the man suddenly held her hands tight. She thought he was scared and she said bhai saab don’t panic, you will be alright trying to release her hands… he was holding her more tight…. the crowd started to gather around. The white van sped fast and before she could realise the man holding her hands stood up and quickly pushed her into the van..hitting the crowd the van sped fast…She shouted who are you?? Where are you taking me..

Suraj called Ajay and was giving him instructions… when………….Ajay heard the commotion at the gate… the doctor, the doctor… she is taken away in the van. One in the crowd quickly took a pic on his phone and noted the van number.

Giving the phone to Tanu Ajay doubled up when Tanu ran behind him… Ajay what happened she asked running behind him… I don’t know but something wrong when he quickly realized and told think Chakor is kidnapped…. She froze. He said call Suraj when she held his hands and said… please be careful, take care.. He just held hers and said I will,pressing hers… He ran but could not locate the van. He quickly asked others and the guy who took the pic gave him his phone and he called the control room and gave the number.

Realizing she was indeed holding the phone, Tanu saw the id Suraj… before she could speak…His voice was firm… and said listen to me…. She just listened and was just saying ok ok…... Tanu cried Chakor…he just kept quiet driving looking at the band on his wrist. A blob but quickly controlled himself and was busy on the walkie talkie.

She called the Chief and went to Asha’s room.

Ajay reversed and went and was following a black car which came out of the subway and was going to the remote outskirts of Kanpur….

When Deeraj teased… no no she will only be killed or may be… when Deeraj was surrounded which he did not expect as he saw only Suraj… I know where she will be but mind you said Suraj..…Deeraj laughed…if you do anything to me you know my boss will not spare your Pyaara Lover. Suraj asked his men to take him to the closed van which was parked there.

Dr. Chakor is missing!!! The cardio Surgeon of the district hospitalhas gone missing..

The search is on.. She saw Suraj and the policemen on his walkie talkie when a blob of tear came down… she straightened herself.. he was talking to the media saying yes she is missing we have not ruled out kidnapping but we have not received any call from anyone. We are doing our best to find her…

Next comes the flash news

The girl Asha who was in coma after being stabbed by the poisonous knife has succumbed to her injurious. She has been declared dead at the district hospital..

Earlier we had informed that the boy and the girl have returned to their villages as they could not give any clue about their dazed condition.

Ajay said looks like there are lot of thugs inside and also a huge van went inside… they are unloading something but I am unable to see. He said shall I go inside when Suraj asked him to wait for his orders.The commissioner was with him. he said he is sending force to cover him and they will be there any moment.

Suraj got the call from an unknown number... Hey officer… called the Evil….
