We can only judge the villain once they start airing his scenes. from the pic he sure seems scary. Chakor is a fighter and hopefully will find a way out. Hope she discusses it with Suraj. want Sukor both against Bacha Pandey. Udann

There is some suspense factor and uncertainty that what will happen next in episodes so far which is good.

It's better if they avoid showing villains discussing each other all their plans in front of us first and their execution next.

They did this a lot of times with Imli( may be to increase her SS).

But it will kill the uncertainty factor.

I like the new villain too, his voice is authoritative and he can modulate it and I like the games he's playing with Chakor, signing her that she lost, how he tricked her to get into haveli. I even like his henchmen.

He has personality! We already know that he is not boss, he is just right hand, but he still brings that "am boss" feeling. I like him.

He is such a refreshment when it comes to vilians side of story in Udaan. Last time I had this impression was Banaras track in time when RV didn't worked with Imli.
