Did they reached spoke person but didn't get answer or they didn't reached it at all? Last paragraph left me confused.

ts been a looong time since I came to the forum and much to my shock, the news is upsetting. Cuz most of my forum memories are attached to the Udaan forum and tbh I have loved each and every moment of it.
