I think more than the people who watching it on TV,we feel it more be it happy or sad scenes. Because of all the analysis and discussions, we got more connected to them though they are fictional characters.
I'm saying here very practical view of mine about Sooraj,not want to compare him and Chakor and lessen her pain.
So if you put aside,how Sooraj can do that,how can husband think of doing it and what might she going through and all the other emotional thoughts.
The truth is Sooraj lost his memory and he is not the real Sooraj we admired in Sukor right now.
We all had faith in him like Chakor,she expected him of, the old Sooraj.
The Problem lies there,if you take the case of Chakor,she always has a positive approach to problems and never give up attitude.
She believed her love can able to change him and there is of course changes in him.
But she never takes his memory loss serious so far and was playful around him most of the times.
He did gave her warning of he can't deny the orders of his masters.
The real problem of him is still untouched.
Or rather CVS didn't give insight into the depth of his problem to feel us connected to him like why exactly he reached to this level.
But i'm sure this is breaking point in both of them.
As Sooraj feels guilty for first time.
And Chakor after her shock and her pain reduced,definitely will try to figure out what exactly happened to him.
I know many feels,Chakor shouldn't forgive him and all.
What he done to her is wrong but she very well know that he is not in his senses.
So she has to find out what had happened to him and as a wife,she can't left him in the middle.
Especially someone likes Chakor who ready to go any extent to help the people around her
So will she give up on her husband easily ?
Sooraj as a husband failed yesterday but that doesn't mean that she should give up on him as its only him forgot the past and not remembering the depth of their relationship.
But she is the same person.
She knows how far he will go to save and protect her,if he is in his real self.
So I will be disappointed if Chakor give up on him,because i'm sure if the situation is reversed and Chakor is suffering from some serious issue,I know the real Sooraj never leave her or give up on her.
To be precise,
If you are not thinking too much and view it,both Sooraj and Chakor stand in their characters yesterday.
Chakor who always positive of getting him back,believed that he can't harm her and that shattered her completely.
Whereas Sooraj who used to obey the orders of Imli do the same.
But things will change soon and he will correct himself and ultimately Chakor's dream of getting him back will win against Imli's evil motives.
