Ruby good post
and you have written all valid points

firstly the whole scene was executed well.

But I have few basic questions

1. the murdered weapon was produced
2. the deadbody? will I presume due to the villagers throwing their torches and it was literally lighting like a pyre. post mortem would not have been possible.
3. A doctor certificate or any legal death registered ??

well the above are logical doubts but no logic in Udaan.

I will not write about Sukor as I will get lost!

The judge and the PP was good and their dialogues were apt. It was good that the Public Prosecutor asked about the intention to perform such a henious act.

Liked the way Chakor was calm and explained the whole story it was more of a closing plenary given for this Season 2 I guess.

Liked the way she spoke about Ishwar Rawat, her Mentor

Chakor was at her pinnacle today, She was outstanding.

Her expressions and dialogues were delivered correctly..

Yes she was right as a true citizen. No one in any situation has the right to take law in their hands. She always wants to set an example of righteousness so she will never accept acquittance, her self guilt will kill her.

the pain she endured due to her loosing her unborn will be taken into count.

the pain she endured for the freedom of her fellow citizens will be taken into count.

But the court has booked her Under Sec 302 which is non-bailable, a life imprisonment with fine or put to death is the verdict.

But based on the counts it may be reduced to the bare minimum if the case is moved to the higher court.

In this case this is the bare minimum for a murder which has been perform without an intent.

I could understand that the villagers were ready to take the blame on them but I bow to Teju the way she stood up ( the best remorse she has done for making Chakor the banduva, her slate is clean today) and said I killed my husband as he is not fit to live. She had that courage and shows how much she loves and respects Chakor.

Teju stood out for me today

So, though it pains, bleeds my heart but the term of 5 years is valid. but it can be put to debate if any Human Rights Organisations try to contest but here Chakor has accepted her crime so she will need to undergo the term.

Yes. If suraj would have been there, it would have not happened. But then he himself would have killed him. In a way chakor stopped suraj from killing his own dad.

Bini if chakor had not killed kn, he would have shot paakhi. Chakor pushed paakhi out of the way and stabbed him. How is that a murder?

Yet to see the precap

I hesitate to believe there will be a secret exit as Chakors daadi was also thrown into the same well!!

So it's kind of okay, she ready to accept punishment.

I like your way of looking at it bini

@sumi,
That is the only way if KN shown alive later.
But you are right, they mentioned about Chakor's dadi, but that poor lady might not cunning as KN.

Chakor stabbed only once with sickle, even KN.stabbed Chakor 2 or 3 times and she survived.

There is a slight possibility of his return I guess.

@ Bini

yes as KN indeed said he will never die ( to be noted)

and based on the trp he can be brought as with severe third rate burns... but hindsight Imli will not save him for she wants both chakor and KN out of the way, so ...??????

shall wait

Even I feel that basic punishment is essential when somebody takes the law in his/her hands... Otherwise not a good example to the society... Already with their horrendous torture scenes they have set a bad example... So good that they have shown that crime is crime and murder'is murder, whatever be the reason...
As for KN returning, it will be the height of illogical story writing if they show him alive... But as sumi says anything possible in Udaan land😕

So it's wait and watch and keep fingers crossed.

I don't want KN back now, undoubtedly Sai sir is the best villain and entertaining to watch, but that would mean Chakor spent 5 years in prison for nothing. I am not going to be happy if Chakor has suffered in a prison cell for 5 long years and in the end it turns out KN survived the attack so she might as well go to prison for actually killing him.
