Vivaan's first priority was to escape from KN and Imli until he decides his next move. I think Vivaan is waiting for the right time and is working on making her plans fail. Imli and KN are working together so even if Vivaan divorces her, KN may let her stay in the house, so Vivaan needs to expose her secret plan to turn KN against her. If she remains negative then Imvaan can get divorced, but even then it's unlikely we'll get a new love interest for Vivaan. It's difficult to add another positive character to the show and she'll need to be more than Vivaan's love interest, the cast is small and they prefer adding villains because it helps with the plot. I don't think Preeti is suitable as a love interest, the actress is good for small roles, but I don't think she can carry a bigger one.

But unlike baby track 2,where Vivaan has feelings for Imli but now he seems going to hate her but Imli still has feelings for him that is some obsessive kind of love towards Vivaan.

I think even if Vivaan try to separate from her she seems not going to leave him.

Agree that Imli won't let Vivaan go, they can show Vivaan trying to move on and Imli trying to harm his new love or Vivaan deciding to divorce her and Imli blackmailing him/convincing him to stay with her.

I don't want them to focus on this angle. The story works better when it's less about relationships and more about action and suspense. The best thing is for Imvaan to separate, Vivaan to recover from his broken heart without a love interest and Imli focusing on becoming powerful, let her be the new Ragini.
