I, for one, don't care what Imli does or thinks only if it is going to be revealed that Suraj was not the father of her first child. A thing which I strongly believe not because of moral issues but because of the clues left by CV from time to time.
But... if they are not going to give this twist then Imli can do whatever she wants as far as I care: die, get possessed by a ghost, give birth to 101 little demons, turn into a vampire, rule the world, whatever... as long as she is not linked to Suraj in any way, I don't bother.
One old forum member called her an obnoxious character and she was so right! She has always been a pathological liar who ended up convincing even herself of what she said, so I am not surprised that she hid her miscarriage and behaved as nothing happened. Most probably she can even kill a man in cold blood, burn his body in secret and then act like she has an ordinary day.
