Shehnaaz Gill hospitalised due to this reason reveals Karan Veer Mehra: 'She's not feeling good…'

Shehnaaz Gill was recently hospitalized, causing worry among fans after photos of her in a medical facility appeared online. Although the reason for her unexpected hospitalization was initially unknown, actor Karan Veer Mehra, who visited her on August 4, has confirmed that it was due to food poisoning.

"She's not feeling good," Karan said while talking to Etimes, revealing that they had met just the night before she was admitted. "We were just chilling together with some friends. She was there. And the next day, she was in the hospital!"

He clarified that the condition, though not serious, had required medical attention. "She had food poisoning. Nothing major. Food poisoning can get serious, and the doctor suggested that she should get admitted as a precaution. When I met her, she was not feeling well, but I'm sure with rest and medication, she will recover soon."

Karan Veer Mehra recently visited Shehnaaz in the hospital to check on her. He shared an Instagram story with an update on her health and offered his well wishes, saying, "So what I need you guys is to pray really hard that this girl, with full energy should get back as soon as possible."

He then turned the camera towards Shehnaaz Gill, who was in bed and shyly covering her face as he filmed the video. Karan also showed Shehnaaz's hand, which was bandaged, with syringes nearby. Shehnaaz then laughed and said, "Hasa rha hai muje (He is making me laugh)." The Bigg Boss 18 winner then encouraged Shehnaaz to recover quickly so they could celebrate together.

Recently, her brother, Shehbaz Badesha, posted on social media, showing Shehnaaz in a hospital bed. Accompanying the photo, he wrote, "Get well soon," sending her love and prayers.

Earlier, Shehnaaz herself updated her fans about her health through her Instagram story. In the video, she revealed she was receiving an IV drip due to low blood pressure. Despite her condition, Shehnaaz kept her usual sense of humor. She joked, saying, "Drip laga hua hai, par stress hai... moti lag rahi hoon," which means "There's a drip attached, I'm stressed... I look fat." Her cheerful attitude, even in tough times, won hearts online.
