That is exactly what I was thinking, Vivaan blames Tejeswini for making him impotent so maybe he wants to take revenge on her by targeting Suraj. He know Chakor is Suraj's wife and her not being able to conceive will directly affect both Suraj and Tejeswini. He wants to make Chakor addicted to the drug just like Tejeswini did with him. It could also be he is taking revenge from Chakor for hiding the Manohar murder truth from him, thus wants to make her infertile. We are not even sure if it is the same drug because he could have mixed sleeping pills as well. I can't understand what he trying to do and this is only a prediction.

Don't know why but I'm not really enjoying the show now a days to the core of my heart..just like before. During Ishq ka Safar I enjoyed a lot. The connection b/w the show & my heart is lost somewhere.

I think Vivaan giving her some sleeping pills to block her do something.

Vivaan's first target will be Sooraj because he is the one who hide the truth,so Vivaan may be want to keep Chakor away to target Sooraj that is why he gives her sedative.

It is stupid to target Sooraj and Chakor instead of Ranjana,who is the murderer but this is going to be happening.
