And precap "Kahin muje chakor se pyaar tho nahi huva "...here suraj started feeling something more than liking...

I feel LIKE and LOVE are different things...PASAND karna aur PYAAR karne mein bahuth antar hai. ...agar hume kisise pyaar ho pehle hum usse pasand karte hai aur baadh mein pyaar...

And suraj never loved imli. ..the feeling he had for imli was just an infatuation, crush ,guilt ,attachment towards his baby or whatever. ...but he never loved imli...bcoz agar usne sach mein imli se pyaar kiya hota tho usse pata hota na pyaar kya hota hai? Wo chakor ke liye kya feel karta hai? Pyaar ya kuch aur???

If there's anything I stand by, it's the fact that ImRaj actually never happened. There wasn't any love, as Nami di said.
There was this one incident when in a drunken state, Suraj beats up a father who was scolding his child (in the village) after he has a flashback of KN beating him for not being able to hold the gun properly. For Suraj, I don't think he viewed Imli as a potential love interest, he simply loved the mother of his child. Because if you look at the guy, it's obvious you show him an iota of love and he'll reciprocate it thousand fold, because that's how deprived of love he has been.
Suraj didn't love Imli, he loved his child. That is mostly because after the whole episode of KN being sent to jail and Suraj feeling betrayed after his father preferred Vivaan, Suraj felt even more deprived, and lost. Lost, cause all his life he had wanted to please his father and gain his attention and love, what little of it he may get, and that went for a toss when KN just discarded him.
Suraj, I more or less believe, is a child by heart, curious about the difference between affection, care and love.

Back to my point, I brought up this side of him, cause I just wanted to assert that he wanted to perhaps be different from his father. Even if the child wasn't his, in his heart of hearts he had already thought of giving a much better future for the child, unlike his own, hence his behaviour.

And I would really not expect any love confessions from Suraj anytime soon. He's like a jaded guy, some what. And all his monologues of 'Kuch ladkon ko tedi ladkiyan bhi pasand hai,', I don't know why, I don't think that was his Shit I think I'm in love scenes, mostly because I believe this guy is still trying to differentiate and realise his feelings for each person.
And with that kind of a childhood, I'd have to be either really strong willed or really crazy to think about falling in love.

Okay I'm late for college if I missed any points I felt like telling, I'll update again.

And that time you mentioned about Suraj halting outside Chakor's house in his jeep, contemplating about something. It might have been to clear the accusation on him. He might have gone to tell Chakor that he's not the father of Imli's child or that no such thing happened.

But then he might have thought against it since if it was true that Imli was pregnant, she wasn't lying, then questions about her character would be raised. She was the one most loyal to him, and hence maybe he just wanted to protect her.

But definitely he would have been angered by ViKor's bride swap plan and helping Tina to run away. I seriously feel Chakor was at fault there. Never once did she listen to Suraj, instead she just flew with her opinion. Chakor seriously kept accusing him over and over, he was nothing but a criminal in her eyes. That really saddened me.

Even now, in the entire series, though he is one of the leads, never once did they show his back story, his emotions, or his pain. It was only about Chakor, her heartbreak, Vivaan's sudden realization of love, and Imli's one sided nature.

Where was Suraj?

And I could go on and on about this, but somewhere in between, it all seems pointless because of the 'twists' the CVs bring. That makes me go back all the way to square one.

It sort of leaves me feeling lost again.

But I seriously stand by one thing. And that's that when someone has had a childhood as tormented and dark as Suraj's, they surely would not express any feelings or emotions openly. Someone who's been rejected all his life, you really can't expect him to just up and confess his feelings. No matter how strong Suraj is physically, he's the weakest when it comes to human emotions.

You know, Esha, I am keeping my expectations very low regarding the reason Suraj accepts to live as a bandhua, like below zero. I am no longer waiting for a mind blowing explanation. As they say hoping for the best but expecting the worst.

At this moment it will be more than enough if they could only clear up that all this action of running away from the village was nothing but a drama. Last week I was so angry that he acted like a coward for fleeing in the first place but now I find it funny how desperate he was to save his own life, like really really desperate. Despite his bad dream, he still wanted to continue his journey. I started to laugh when he told Shikhu in a very serious note: "Let's get out of here, my life is in danger!" Forget my wife, forget my mother, my own life is top priority! Hope they change this one and make it look as part of a plan because a hero can't love himself so much and that too on the expense of his wife and his own mother's life.

We are still waiting for so many issues to get cleared up, but unfortunately for us...they have decided to move on as if nothing happened and expect a certain group of the viewers to put their brains aside as well 😡

But as you said, even I want to know why Suraj ran away, no matter if it was becoz Chakor insisted, and leaving his wife and especially his mother , whom he loves more than anything, behind in the line of fire...

Is this really Shikhu's betrayal or is this all a plan by Suraj ????

After all that has happened since the time Suraj went away till yesterday, I am still confused like I don't know what...

At some point my mind is saying that all this is/ was a plan by Suraj himself, but why first going away and then coming back, walking right in the trap of his idiotic. psychotic sister

I mean Suraj is way too smart for that

And another time my mind cannot decipher and I am thinking that Suraj was indeed betrayed by Shikhu and walked into Ragini's trap...

And the reason for me thinking like this is the fear that I have seen in Suraj's eyes...the fear, the uncertainty of not knowing what is about to happen...everything

And the most important question :

If all this is really a plan by Suraj, what does he want to gain from this ?????

I watched the precap..

I dont understand something..Suraj isnt sure about his feelings for Chakor?He isnt sure if he is going ot miss her or he is in love with her?

He wasnt shown about being unsure at all when it was Imli. He was either adamant he didnt love her or was equally adamant about being in love with her.

I undertand he thinks he isnt the man f Chakor's dreams but that would mean he isnt sure about her feelings..He might not get the green signal from her but why the heck is he confused about his own feelings?
