I thought the havelli is on suraj's name , so tejaswini has full right to stay there . Or suraj had renamed the havelli on KN's name to show his loyality ?

as far i remember vivaan said that all the money was in his account and the house was on Suraj's name so KN has no right to saty in havelli ...and when KN beats vivaan he transferred all the money to him ..but what about the havelli ...

I think Haveli is still under Suraj's name..but Tejaswani is divorced now and it's better that she loves outside the haveli..out of KN n Ragni's sight..

Agreed that Tejaswini has rights to stay in the haweli as Surajs mom if the haweli is still in Surajs name. N if Suraj brings her back n claims rights no one can perhaps do anything. But she's better off living outside the haveli since her safety is a concern. So Suraj won't bring her back for sometime now.
