Imli is his one and only weapon against his enemy, Chakor. He is practically laying down his weapon in front of his enemy, well he even kneels down in front of her in sign of total surrender.
Without Imli he is becoming vulnerable and Chakor can do whatever she wants.

The story doesn't have much to gain from here just to show a positive Suraj. And I think is too soon for a positive Suraj. He still has a lot of potential as negative /gray charcter.

Exactly - Claudia - If they had shown Suraj acknowledging it to himself or Chakor seeing his reaction for Imli by mistake - it would have been plausible. Suraj at Chakor's feet changes Suraj's characterization, and when that happens emotions are high and the cvs have not justified that much of love for imli from Suraj's side. He is probably upset with losing his wafaadaar kutha!

Do you think that Ragini's story is upsetting Suraj. Maybe he sees his child becoming a Ragini - unwanted by the family?

While I love Sukor scenes - I hate the fact that Chakor is cajoling Suraj at all times from a weak position. After all Suraj did to her - this level of amicability and understanding is not reqd from her side I feel.

If Suraj confesses love for Imli - I'd rather see Vikor(i never imagined I'd say this). At least Vivaan loves her - faults and all.

Suraj showing such strong emotions so soon is out of the character. He was always the type of person who almost never showed what he truly feels. And when he got emotional it was short and subtle. I understand that he cares for the baby but from here to want a happy life along with Imli is a long distance. I can't picture him caring so much love hidden deep down inside for someone and breaking down like that. I mean after all what Imli did so much, apart from becoming pregnant? His other servent, don't remember his name, did the same thing and was even more loyal to him than Imli.

At the same time I'm thinking that if this is fake, then also those pictures were a fake situation in order to fool Chakor. He knew she will get angry to see his cloths back in the closet and that she will trow them away and find the pictures. And why didn't Cahakor find them the first time when she put his cloths in the suitcase?

It's possible that we won't see villagers working for Suraj. Because he just gifted his weakness to Chakor. She prayed to god today na..help her out in beating Suraj..this is probably the divine help.

I am thinking whether CVs have a dug a hole and are about to fall in the same hole? We have discussed almost all possibilities and none fits in.
