Kristen is currently working on a film called On The Road and starring alongside Rob's best friend Tom Sturridge.

At the first the two didn't see eye to eye as Kristen was jealous of all the time that the pair spent hanging out.

A source told In Touch Weekly: "Kristen was always jealous of all the time Tom and Rob spent together.

"But Rob intervened and helped make peace between the two — a move he may now regret."

Apparently Tom and K-Stew are now getting a little too close for comfort with Kristen enjoying how Tom is like R-Patz but without the drama.

"Kristen's telling friends that she's falling for Tom, as he has all of Rob's great qualities without the baggage: Rob's fear of commitment and the intense scrutiny their relationship brings."

According to reports, while Rob was busy filming Water For Elephants Kristen was out clubbing with Tom. This infuriated R-Patz and after stories of the two flirting onset began to reach him he raced to Montreal to see what was going on for himself.

So what could be going on? Robsten both have a fair amount of baggage and are really intense people so it is easy to see why Kristen could fall for someone just as handsome but without the darker side to what she and Rob have. Maybe.
