NO! straight up.

My heart broke when Bella Kissed Jacob and Edward saw the picture in his mind.

"Are you alright?" he murmured, his voice anxious.
"No. I want to die."
"That will never happen. I won't allow it."

Seriously the last line made me hate Bella. He was so sweet about the whole thing. I mean i understand it is true love but seriously I felt so bad for Edward.

"I'm not mad at you, love. Jacob's more cunning than i gave him credit for. I do wish you hadn't asked him, though."

And this made me wana cry. I didn't like how he blamed everything on him, saying i left and blah blah. Edward really pissed me off here.

Bella UH! i wanted to stab her. Seriously I think Edward should of kept a little distance from her, and mabye came back later but how he forgave her made me so mad.

Well I totally Agree with you here. Bella creeps me out Man, but more than her I was angry on Edward !!!! How can he be so unselfish !!!! I know he always calls himself as the most selfish guy !! But didn't he see that ....why on Earth he was sooo relaxed when Bella told her all that !!! And then Bella....what to say about her...she pissed me off dude....I just hate her soooo much !!!!!

in no way can u blame jacob coz bella was wholly responsible for it. in edwards absence she seeked jacob and behaved n spoke in such a way that she made it seem that jake is more than her best friend. she used words liks "break up" n made jake feel that she completely hated edward n wanted to forget him. it was totally bellas fault. she took advantage of jake while edward was away.
i feel bad for ed but it was only bella at fault .

She didn't take advantage of Jake in any way. He was the one who helped her. Also if you read eclipse he forces her to kiss him. Even in newmoon he is trying to. But Eclipse she was already with someone when he kissed her,

I felt really bad for Edward when I was reading that page
But *sigh* Edward is always sweet and forgave her
n Jake ughhhhh
I know both of them had vowed that they won't fight fair but this was.......
Haha and when Bella had "tried" to punch Jacob, poor thing broke her hand, knuckles I guess
N I loved Edward when he dhamkofied Jacob on that 😆

i agree that jacob had flaws n he forced bella to kiss him bt in new moon it was bella's behaviour that made jake feel that she hated ed coz she didnt like anyone to mention his name. wen jake started avoiding her in new moon she cries and breaks down n pleads with him nt to "break up" wid him. what was that suppossed to mean?

I really liked Bella in Twilight and New Moon but after that she became too much of a typical girl with the whole love-triangle thing. I was so undecided about who she should choose but after her treatment of both guys in Eclipse and BD I came to the conclusion that she didn't deserve either. She was so inconsiderate and rude to both guys feelings and just became so self-absorbed and self-fish I couldn't stand to root for her anymore.
My answer is no. I think Edward deserves someone much better; Edward needs someone who he can love completely and I don't think Bella proved she could...

I totally respect yours POV...and I agree with both of you that Bella is the culprit...not only Jake...as she was the one who gave wrong signals to Jake like in Twilight ....just to know the truth about Edward she somehow dazzled him and make him speak that...so initially it was Bella's fault...but as Edward says its not Bella's fault that she looks so beautiful to every guy...so I think we can not blame anyone...lolxxxx

By not breaking up with her Bella meant "not breaking up the friendship" they shared. She never implied in anyway that she was falling for Jake.

Jacob took advantage of Bella's trusting nature with that whole 'if you don't kiss me, I'll kill myself', Bella is way too trusting for her own good and believed Jacob so she thought if she didn't kiss him then he'd kill himself. She wouldn't have kissed Jacob of her own free will if he hadn't manipulated her in Eclipse.

I will say I think Bella never fully let go of Jacob out of fear of Edward leaving her again. She wanted a saftey net. She was horrible to both of them. She had her "just in case" guy and Edward.
