Track: Taming the Shrew - Take 5 Anuja's Personality Disorder

Anuja definitely has some form of personality disorder - koyi shaq (any doubt)? Nah.

Virtually each one of us is turned off by her behavior. Yes she is the villain and as actress - Anita Raj is doing a fantastic job. But I am interested in trying to analyze Anuja, the character that the CVs have created for enchanting us or should I say disenchantment 😉

Anuja's thinking, knack of exploiting situations, and relating to others are definitely dysfunctional - and more importantly destructive. She has no regard for right and wrong and is certainly has no regard for the rights, wishes, and feelings of others. She tends to antagonize, manipulate, and treat others callously without any guilt or remorse. She lies and is deceitful.

She knows how to do all of the above listed items in a charming way too!

I call this a personality disorder because of the reduced ability to feel empathy for other people.

Is this the result of a narcissistic personality? Is it genetic? or Is it environmental?

I have no clue and would certainly like to know your viewpoint.

One thing is clear - this women needs to see a mental health specialist!

Thats true Anuja do have some personality problem ..

She needs to be cured pronto or else she won't be able to come out of that web of deceit created by herself...

Well here is my take on Anuja , I agree she dose have a personality disorder. And I heard some one say that the character was changed suddenly. From good to bad. I will respectfully disagree with that because having observed her from her entry, you saw a little bit of it. Not fully blown like now.
When Pakkhi mailed her letter... She was mad as hell. And in her anger she no longer cared about the two girls. She went so far as to tell the land lord it was all a sham to keep a roof over her heads, not for once thinking these two girls would be stranded in a strange city with no place to sleep by that.
Then when she found her kids, she did an about turn and liked them again. That was just a small indication of her. A person's true character comes to light only when they are experiencing turmoil, and in that instance we saw a glimpse of it.
Here to she is blinded by her love for her son, even with the evidence in front her eye that he is not her blood, and that he is a criminal...she is not seeing that. She is burning her whole life and those around her.
She dose need help. Only time will tell how far she would go , what would she lose before seeing sense again!

Anuja is evil. She might or might not be Anshuman's mum. Greed is a very bad thing.

Anuja had to work hard to survive and it is due to the very kind Pakhi that Anuja met Anshuman and Lavanya.. She saw that Anshuman was wealthy and there and then she decided to establish herself as lady of the manor. She walked out on her children ( if she is really Devati ) and did not look back.

As soon as she was accepted as Anshuman's mum she suddenly found a son who no one knew about and who she did not try to find in all those years.

No one checked out her story , they all believed her lies., only Anshuman knew that Aryaman is an imposter but before he could do anything about it he was murdered.

Anuja did not mourn his death but she wanted Pakhi to marry Aryaman.

Legally Pakhi is Anshuman's widow so she should inherit his wealth jointly with Ayaan.

Anuja should be thrown out from the house.
