Ayaan is so smart.
When Lavanya was trying to turn his head against accepting Rhea and portraying her as a bad step sister - he just listened her out, went with her for a while, then turned the tables on her.
He first tried convincing her that step or not Rhea is his sister. Next he asked her to help organize his room so he could share it with Rhea. When Lavanya refused to help with organizing the room - Ayaan asked her to do another job for him - which was to pataofy his Anuja dadi. Lo and behold that got Lavanya all riled up and she strutted out of his room.
