DK might have had some loopholes in the legalpapers by which he handed over his 49%of the shares to gargi ,because he knows right from the begining gargi's nature and her intentions .

now he might plan to take back kanaka empire or put some control on gargi's actions.But sumitra's health migh be holding him back .

i agree that he could have been canceling the contract are something to do with his new business maybe??

or a surprise for Disha which he doesn't want to tell infront of everyone or even tell Disha yet!!!!

I think dk was trying to find out what dogy bussiness is going on in kanaka since gargi is taken the help off the wrong pepole to run it? and he doesn't want disha to know because he doesn't want her to feel he is involved with the black market!! The idea i posted was from personal experience...i spent a whole day in my bf(now my husband)'s room cleaning while he was in india...just because i liked the feel of being in his room...gives it the same feeling as if he was right there with me...i guess DK never told Disha this jus like i still havn't told my husband this....You can not let the person you in love with know how vulnerable you are...i guess i better stop typing since i m making no sense at all now.

You could be right.

As Gargi holds Kanaka empire, she also owns the house. DK make sure his Mom, Disha and himself have a place to go to.

But clean a house at night?

There must be something more and why not tell Disha about the house?

I think it could be one of three things:

1. Either he is trying to retake control of Kanaka through some loophole.

2. He is starting another company - remember when he was in jail, he told Disha that he started from nothing and if he loses everything he'll start off from scratch again??

3. IT has something to do with daddy Dhruv Seghal. Although I've been convinced all along Dhruv is dead, maybe he isn't. Maybe father and son are plotting revenge against Gargoyle.
