Ajay reaches just in time and pleads and says he wants to call for Ali - third accused. He narrates the story of how they caught Ali and pleads for more time. Disha assures Mrs. Deshmukh that she won't lie in court. DK and Disha both in their respective places missing each other. Trial proceeds with Satya then Ali then Malik in the witness box. Ajay tries to convince Disha on witness stand for cross-examination but Disha refuses. Vasudha is also called in witness box and she does not take DK's name in any deal. As Mrs. Deshmukh calls for Disha on stand, she says DK is guilty of all the crimes in this case.
